I complained to Sainsburys about the horrible content of their Minced steak pie I recieved a lovely email back immediately and a voucher in the post a few days later for £5.

I recently wrote to cauldron foods regarding a Tofu product being off when I bought it. I didn’t expect to hear from them but on Friday I received a postal order for £10.

i just wrote a soppy email to birds eye as i truly was impressed with their captains chicken burgers. annoyingly it would not then send - says there has been an error in processing my application. hmmm. was just thinking how useful a voucher would be!!!

Had a result from KP in just 2 days - Wow! Sent me £6 in vouchers for an item I would normally just have thrown in the bin. I'm hooked! ;D

When I wrote to complain about a box of Maltezers I'd bought having a lot of soft & gooey centres & also mentioning that I bought a lot of Malterers each week, all I got back was a letter saying they were sorry I wasn't happy. A voucher for a replacement box would have been in order I feel. :-[

I rang to complain about a jar of Branston pickled onions that were all brown and squishy. A few days later received a £4 postal order and a letter of apology.
Better than a money off product voucher.

bought a box of celebrations last month and not one galaxy truffle(my fave) in the whole box, complained online and got £6 voucher in post today

If you have a serious complaint, send it recorded as it makes it look a bit more serious Costs under £1 but that way i always get better results and they send it recorded back

Emailed M&S the other day regarding their staff ebarassing my wife in a busy queue. They refused to accept pinecone/accor luncheon vouchers and belittled her. Supposed to reply within 48hrs, haven't lived up to that one either! Will keep you informed.
