    I have ignored UKCPS notices as advised on your forum but they have now written to me to say I have been awarded a ccj and they are sending bailiffs round. ! Is this legal or just another scam?

    This forum does not advise ignoring a court claim. Why would anyone do that?

    I was issued a parking ticket in June for not buying a ticket, the reason I didn't buy is because is said in huge letters that parking is from 8:30 - 17:30, I got there at 18:00, they issued as I should of noticed the very small writing that states overnight parking, I wasn't parking overnight, I have appealed but they have rejected, what is best to do next?
    they also have damaged my windscreen as they put on with what seems like strong super glue, my car has been valeted but still cant get off

    Just got back from holiday to find a Notice to Keeper for 5 minutes overdue return to car. I was at doctors appointment. Can someone give me the up to date position please? Is it true they will harass me through the courts and credit rating agencies?
