Was as bouncy as Kanga at 3.30am as I merrily tidied the lounge, waiting for the magic 4.10 slot to arrive, then Mrs B came downstairs and implored me not to go out yet as there was a lot of shouting outside. So I'm waiting til 5.30. Thought I'd weigh myself though and rightly came down to earth with a jolt from my smugness by finding I've gone up to 23-2 despite having no dinner and a fraction of the drinks I should have had. That'll teach me. And now I have another dilemma - I am gasping for a cup of tea but always have to run on an empty stomach (another reason why I get up at this ludicrous time to do it). Maybe I could indulge in a heavy bout of Shed Tetris to retrieve the LPs from their plastic tub right in the back corner bottom row - that'd burn off a few pounds and give the neighbours something else to shout about.2011: 301k in debt and morbidly obese (DFW)

Greetings fellow insomniac
Shouty neighbours also woke me with their effing and jeffing...gggrrrr!
No chance of me bobbing out for a run so am curling up on the sofa watching re-runs of Blackadder whilst all the sane people are sleeping
Humbly admire your determination with the running, it will pay off in the end !'Forget injuries, never forget kindnesses' - Confucious0 -
Enjoy your run MrB.
Even if you're going to leave listing the LPs till nearer Christmas it's probably worth getting them out soon to get the photos and write-ups done gradually in advance so they're ready to go when the time is right. What are you going to do with all the space in your shed once you've ebayed the contents?0 -
In my experience, "space" in a shed magically fills itself.....my tumble drier is in my shed, and I have to climb over tut every time I dare to use it (it's a good way of stopping me from using it often as I'm scared of breaking a leg!!)
You're doing brilliantly MrBTry Amazon for the records as well. I've got one on there that if as and when it goes, will get me over £20 - and a couple of years ago sold a CD for £83!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Run never happened this morning - shame as I was all set and was going to do a 5k'r. End result is actually the same as if I had gone to town on the booze last night as in I'm sitting here feeling bad about not getting to run. Daughter came downstairs to watch Disney so I couldn't leave her on her own. Just one of those things, today will have to be the rest day and tomorrow back to 3k. Better get some serious moneysaving done today to make up for it though.2011: 301k in debt and morbidly obese (DFW)

Does your daughter have a tricycle or a bike? Could she keep you company on your run? Think of it as interval training. If shes anything like mine they randomly increase speed and stop just because they can.Saving for a Spinning Wheel and other random splurges : £183.500

Can you go for a decent walk later today to make up for it? It's good to vary your exercise, so find something else to do wnd hopefully you'll feel better soon.0
