Just a quick note to say hello and good going. I've just started posting after lurking for weeks and your diary was the first I subscribed to (the beginning of being hooked on this forum I think). Your ability to be up at daft a clock in the morning also amazes me as well as making me rather green. I think I could get loads more done if i only didn't love my sleep.

Stick with ebay if you can....it's tedious and packing is awful, but after just banking £140 this last week and another £110 on it's way it's worth it.

I agree with Hypno on the 'control' front. I was on and off diets for about 18 years varying from 13.5 stone to 6.5 stone. When I relaxed and sorted my head out eating healthily and more importantly eating when hungry followed very naturally.

The Bloater home is alive with the reeling stink of vomit as the wife and both kids have puked their way through a troubled night, which'll make the school run easier today cos there won't be one and I can go to work earlier and continue writing a pointless report analysing data that really doesn't matter anymore. It's shaping up to be a great day. Only one thing for it, it's 4.17am so I must get the running boots on.
