she's pregnant.... but:
On Wednesday, her hcg level was 145, which, 10 days after transfer is not high but not low. We would have expected higher levels, but it could have taken a few days to implant (and the spotting earlier this week was delayed implantation...)
And we now know for definite that Wednesday's test stick (which was a clearblue POAS) was definitely faulty. If the blood test showed 145, then the POAS results should definitely have shown something.... so.....
Time for me to  - seeing as my OH can't... :rotfl:If you can think it........it will happen0 -
Dovetail - Fingers crossed for you xxxxIf you can think it........it will happen0

If IVF collection was on Oct 10th, then that means that on Wedneday, she was 16 DPO. That means her hcg being at 147 is almost right on target for 15/16 DPO...:T
Guess that we're right on target... if only we knew what the target was :rotfl:
PS That may explain why the IVF clinic have now decided that my OH does not need to go for a blood test, the 6-week scan is now booked for 9/11. What a date to go for our first scan to see if things are developing ok...
Congratulations!!!Fingers crossed all goes well!!0 -
PS Just a thought.... if my OH has PCOS, my SA is, well, truly awful... and our first round of IVF (ICSI) treatment has got us this far.... then anything's possible....!Having fun trying to save money without going over the top and living on budget food all the time...0

How does one shampoo the carpet:huh:
Very infrequently in my case :rotfl::rotfl:
Off out to the gym now, as part of my new healthy lifestyle. Feeling very virtuous after completing shred this morning, and the heavy housework chores too. May just end up in the jacuzzi after 10 minutes though, but will try to work up a sweat first0 -
Congratulations to dovetail and whowantstobrich on your BFPs! Have happy and healthy pregnancies and births.
Just got one big expense out of the way today - MOT and service - car sailed through, no advisories, so happy days! It was also £224 cheaper at the place I found on check a trade than the main dealer was going to charge me! :money:
No news here, apart from feeling the need to hibernate now the dark nights are coming. Slept for 1.5 hours on the sofa this afternoon, but couldn't sleep last night, as was feeling very emotional about TTC and Moon and I were talking about it til 1am.
Hugs for all who need or want them,

Thats great about your car. We have a local guy do my cars services etc and hes way cheaper. And picks the car up and drops it off. (even when it wouldnt start once!)
What does your DH think about your ttc?
The other week when I got my AF, I was like for goodnesses sakes how long does it take to get pregnant, and DH said 'Youve only been off the pill for a few months, dont know what youre worrying about, sure it will happen soon, we just need to BD more.'
Then fell asleep haha!
So needless to say hes very relaxed about it!0 -
