Fluffnutter: thanks for this. That does sound more like what she was saying but when she was out of the room for a good few minutes I looked over at the screen and I'm 90% sure it said endometriosis because I remember thinking I'm sure that's not how it's pronounced.
My emotions are still all over the place so I guess I'm just prone to reading into things at the moment so maybe it did say that and I read it wrong which I guess is more likely than the doctor mis-reading it :o

    xx

Not sure how it's done at your gp's but after I was in the hospital my surgery was sent a copy of the handwritten notes made by the consultant when I was there. Someone at the surgery then re-typed it so it was on the computer at the surgery. If it's done the same way at yours I'd say it's quite possible that the person misread the notes and typed endometriosis instead of endometritis (dr's handwriting and all that) but your gp corrected it when she was speaking to you. If you're worried, give them a bell, I'm sure they'd be happy to clarify

Nan actually survived, but she is very very weak and not having the op required, so doctors told us it is a matter of time, she is at home.
OH is v deppresed trying to come to terms with it all, he is very close to her aswell, she is 89 .

    Hi Ladies

Well the wait is over for me this month. AF arrived in the early hours of the morning, so back to CD1.

I've ordered my thermometer from amazon which should arrive later today so will start charting from tomorrow. Shame to miss CD1 by such a short margin but I don't suppose it will make loads of difference.

The temps can be erratic at the beginning of the cycle, so it doesn't really matter. Could you have ov'd a few days later than you thought?

I definitely think I've got thrush coming :( and I don't want it to ruin my weekend. I just hope the tablet works ok as usually (I've had recurrent bouts in the past) only a combination of the tablet and the pessary works but I'm not sure if I can use the pessary while I'm bleeding.
I don't think pessary is a good idea, but perhaps you could ask?
I was told no tampon, BD, bath or swimming until the bleeding stopped.

Well, I did an IC test today and it looked like there was a second line, but it wasn’t as strong as the control. I’m going to get a clearblue today as I don’t think I’ll believe it unless I see it ‘written down’. I still feel like AF might be coming though so trying not to be too excited just yet.:o

Sounds like a BFP to me dovetail Unlike OPKs, for HPTs the test line doesn't have to as string as the control. Digis are good though because they remove any doubt.

When I was pg with Alex I felt like AF was on her way a lot - it is very common and is the uterus stretching.

Dovetail - how exciting - keep us updated on what happens with clear blue test!

Emsbet - can you try the tablet and cream combination as that worked for me last time. Enjoy your weekend away.

    Nick - hugs for cd1

2brich - fingers crossed for blood test result today.

Yeah maybe not. I will prob just take the tablet and use some cream externally if I need it. I was told all the above except bath, not that I have many of those (I do shower though before anyone thinks I might be a dirty mare ;):p)

I hate the no tampon rule, pads suck!

I think my local hospital sends a typed letter as that is what she showed me but after thinking about it when she left the room the screen was on a list of all appointments/letters etc and so I guess the error was there (Prob the drop down scenario mentioned yesterday). It was most likely me panicking and being a bit of a crazy lady yesterday :o

I'll give you all a rest from my whining and rambling for a few days while I'm away :p:D

:T for the cyst bogging off! :D

We'll/I'll miss you, but I can more than understand why you want/need the time out. And why on earth would we judge you? I sure as h'll don't!!:D

Cheers lovely :). Not going anywhere just yet, due to ov in the next few days I think and am right in it up until AF shows then I'm going to forget about ttc for a while. OH knows we're coming up to the key time and I've found a new way to encourage the bding. I'm aiming to follow SMEP this month and he asked last night if we should bd and as we did it on Weds I said no we weren't allowed. He was suddenly a lot keener after that, "forbidden fruit" is so much more attractive :rotfl:. We did it anyway :D

I must have done. I got my first peak, and my smiley on the digi OV test on Wednesday so I assumed that I ovulated on Wednesday night/Thursday morning. But when I signed up for FF last night, just on dates it thought that I would have ovulated on Friday which does fit with CBFM I suppose if you count Wed and Thurs as peaks and therefore highly fertile and Friday as high and also fertile. We did dtd right through until that weekend though so it wasn't that we mistimed things just that it wasn't to be.

Anyway, onwards and upwards. I have decided to restart 30 day shred and have just finished a level 1 workout and feel great. I'd forgotten how good vigorous exercise was when you just have a few niggly little AF cramps and are feeling blue. My endorphins are now rushing around like mad, cramps are gone and I feel much more positive. Am off in a few minutes to plan my meals for next week (conception friendly diet for me and OH I think) and then to shampoo my hall carpet which is in dire need of it, kids permitting. Then as it is a nice sunny day here, I will take them both out to the park for a couple of hours while the carpet dries out. And tonight is date night, so we have a babysitter, even if BDing may be off the agenda thanks to the visitor.

Keeping everything crossed for dovetail. Sounds very promising though.

Emsbet, if you are still on and reading, have a fabulous weekend away. You and your OH could do with some decent r and r.
