well done zcrat! gawd I need to lose weight and can't seem to get off my !!!! to do it! I know it would help with TTC but I keep rationalising that if I get pregnant there's no point, lol.

I'm starting to get worried about mrhappys SA coming up, I know he will be gutted if it's not a good result.
Don't worry, even if it comes back bad, many people get bad results on their first try due to stress:o Their second SA is usually much better:cool:

Thanks! It took about 6 months to lose 4 stone then about another 4 months to lose the last stone (inspired by my wedding for the last stone!) of which I have put a wee bit back on. I did WW and would rate them highly.
    Amazing:T

Has anyone used T*sco own brand ov sticks? I got them this month and wondering if I got a dodgy batch, that or my perfect cycle is playing up! Am still getting +ves, though today, both lines were slightly paper (testing at 10am and 10pm) so that's 4 days in a row! This happen to anyone else?!?
LH can stay in your system for a while, also you could've surged twice. Like 2 eggs on different days, or the first surge didn't release the egg, and the second did.

Nan actually survived, but she is very very weak and not having the op required, so doctors told us it is a matter of time, she is at home.
OH is v deppresed trying to come to terms with it all, he is very close to her aswell, she is 89 .

Hello everyone, sorry I've been MIA for a while

I'm feeling fairly chipper and positive in general BUT I've had a guts full of the whole TTC business to be honest and feel like I need a break :o.

Good news, I had a gynae appointment to check on my ovarian cyst last week and it's gone:T.

I'm due to ov on Monday and am going to keep at it with the opk and bunny like bding :D for this month but next month we're not going to try at all because I've had a rubbish year and (don't judge me) I LOVE Christmas parties and want to drink cocktails  Don't get me wrong I'd be over the moon with a happy accident but I've spent 12 months TTC and no baby so I'm giving myself 6 weeks or so off and will try again in the new year.

I will OF COURSE lurk and follow you all and pipe up from time to time but will try and take a step back.
:T for the cyst bogging off! :D

We'll/I'll miss you, but I can more than understand why you want/need the time out. And why on earth would we judge you? I sure as h'll don't!!:D

This is how relaxed I am about TTC......

Just discovered my VIP trial to FF has ended and all the good stuff has gone and I'm really cross :rotfl:. I didn't realise quite so much of it was only VIP, I know I could pay for it but as I don't temp and I'm supposed to be taking a relaxed approach paying for a website to keep track of my CM for me seems excessive :rotfl:
:rotfl: sounds like me atm ;)

So just rang doc's for blood results as not heard anything..............................................

My scan was normal my full count was normal my B12 was normal my Throyid was very much NOT NORMAL :(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(

Got an appointment at 3.30 this afternoon to see doc to get it sorted :( Fingers crossed that will help when we do get PG again.............
:T for the scan and full count and B12; as for the thyroid, I know it's pants but at least it's something they can pinpoint and treat, and that should help you get/keep your sticky bean! :D

I have read thru the rest of the posts, but I'm on my phone doing it, so can't easily quote and reply :o

Needless to say I was reading it as brich too mishka ;)

Welcome zcat and...one other, I think, that I can't remember the name of :o

I still feel like af its on the way, which cycle length wise would be great I spose, but if it's coming I wish it would just come, cos I've got a bottle of peach schnapps on stand by with my name on it! :p

    to all

Emsbet, btw, I think it's itis not osis too. From my limited knowledge of medically assisted mc, they wouldn't have seen what they'd have needed to in order to diagnose endometriosis anyway. Hth :)

whowants2brich-it's good to have a bloke perspective as well, so hello to you

I think I'm starting to get worried about mrhappys SA coming up, I know he will be gutted if it's not a good result. I think he felt a bit pants when my bloods came back okay last week, he had a wee sad face and commented on all my bits working fine. I felt quite sorry for him, and he wasn't convinced when I told him all that meant was that I had ov'd last month and nothing else. Also cos I have The Teenager he occasionally comments about how I have done it before and there must be something wrong with him.

Hello from the bloke who has had 5 SAs done, whereby they've all been so random that the hospital nearly didn't trust them. Once was less than 1 million, once 150 million. But as only one little swimmer is needed, who cares about the rest? Eventually IVF was the way forward, probably my fault, but my dodgy SA can't have been too bad if 9 were successfully fertilized...

    Hi Ladies

Well the wait is over for me this month. AF arrived in the early hours of the morning, so back to CD1.

I've ordered my thermometer from amazon which should arrive later today so will start charting from tomorrow. Shame to miss CD1 by such a short margin but I don't suppose it will make loads of difference.

Thanks. This is what I was thinking so it's good to have someone else say the same. :o

Just had a look at the NHS website and it says it can only be diagnosed by a laparoscopy so I guess it must have been itis :o

Well we are off for a weekend away in a little while. I think we may have to stop at the pharmacy on the way because I definitely think I've got thrush coming :( and I don't want it to ruin my weekend. I just hope the tablet works ok as usually (I've had recurrent bouts in the past) only a combination of the tablet and the pessary works but I'm not sure if I can use the pessary while I'm bleeding.

Anyway hope you all have a lovely weekend. I'm taking my iPad so I'll probably lurk a bit to keep up if they have free wifi.

Good luck with the blood results whowantstobrich (it is today you get them isn't it?). I hope it's good news you get :)

    xx

    ((hugs)) for AF.
Temping in the first few days isn't too important so it will be ok to start tomorrow.

Hugs Nicki, Emsbet and everyone else that feels down today XX

Claire16c – I don’t really think my luteal phase can be that long, I was just a guess based on my last cycle. It’s pretty much about guessing for me as the cycle before that was more than 100 days!:o

Hello Zcrat41, congrats on the weight loss! And giving up smoking, you must have a will of iron.
Morocha, so sorry to hear about your loss, it’s so sad. Just look after yourself.

Well, I did an IC test today and it looked like there was a second line, but it wasn’t as strong as the control. I’m going to get a clearblue today as I don’t think I’ll believe it unless I see it ‘written down’. I still feel like AF might be coming though so trying not to be too excited just yet.:o
