Fluffnutter: thanks for this. That does sound more like what she was saying but when she was out of the room for a good few minutes I looked over at the screen and I'm 90% sure it said endometriosis because I remember thinking I'm sure that's not how it's pronounced.
My emotions are still all over the place so I guess I'm just prone to reading into things at the moment so maybe it did say that and I read it wrong which I guess is more likely than the doctor mis-reading it
xx
You never know. If she had to select something from a list, she might have accidentally clicked on the wrong thing and it might well say endometriosis. Which is why I think it's worth you giving your doctor (or wherever you were checked out) a quick call just to say 'Can you clarify the diagnosis and let me know if there's anything I need to be doing'. That way, if a mistake's been made in logging the information it will be quickly sorted. Plus, if it is an infection you might need some pills and the sooner you start taking them the better"Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0 -
I have to say people Ive known with endometriosis have always known from their late teens theyve had it because of it causing lots of pain, and it seems like an odd thing for you to suddenty get, so hopefully Fluffnutter is correct Emsbet.0

They are two great points and ones I will cling onto this 2WW! Thanks QQ and Nicki.
QQ - a cold is a pg symptom, but this has definitely been more flu-like and it's only 2dpo, so I don't think/won't I can even contemplate it or symptom spot!
I'm sure somebody will know, but what's the difference between a red dotted line and the other permanent red line on FF?
I'm actually feeling quite a bit better, yay! I can at least swallow and concentrate now and my new job were lovely about me being sick on my first day! But it's so strange, just a few hours ago, I was feeling SO bad, worse than I have done in a long time and now it's gone. I wonder if I caught a 12/24 hour virus?
I am also hugely grateful DW is back, I kinda handed over all responsibility for everything the minute she walked through the door (from a ten hour flight, but it was business class, so at least she slept - I'm not that horrid!) and it has given myself a chance to r-e-l-a-x properly for the first time in 10 days.Baby 2b born March 2013! :j:j:j0 -
You're only a few DPO so I think that will affect the outcome of charts it shows you especially with being poorly that will have affected your temps. As QQ said the peak and the +ve OPK are good indications that you have ov'd
xx
Also the things it searches for have such a huge range I think it makes mistakes. I just did a search on mine and purely using the ovulation day same as mine to search for charts like mine, it still comes up with 4% anovulatory. How can that make sense!?
ok edited to say I had clicked on the wrong cycle of mine...Ok now admittedly it does look better now and the anovulatory bit has disappeared lol
But still, its a computer! so I try not to take everything it says for 100%.0 -

It was on a letter from the hospital but that makes sense. I will be calling the doctors after the weekend for the results of the swabs they took today so I will ask then.
I have had antibiotics, they were given to me at the hospital two weeks ago when I went in due to retained tissue from the mc. I guess this also makes it more likely that it was endometritis and it's just me panicking
Thank you again

I think I'm having a hard time accepting that I lost two babies due to random chance events rather than some underlying cause
Does looking at the statistics help? Using my earlier analogy of a standard primary school size class, if it were all girls, about 6 of them would lose their first pregnancy, 2 or 3 would lose their next one too, and either one or none would go on to lose a subsequent one consecutively. So on those odds, your next pregnancy is much more likely than not to be completely successful. (hugs)0 -

This is true ^^
2b I just did a search based on my chart for the month I got my last BFP and it came up with 59% ovulatory (so 41% anovulatory) and 36% pregnant (therefore 64% not pg!) so I wouldn't worry too much.It will vary when you pin it at say ov day, post ov temps, ss etc

Usually it would but because the chances of the baby's heart stopping after 11 weeks is 1% and we were in that 1% at the moment means unless anyone can give me 100% I'm going to worry.
Sorry I'm obviously still more fragile at the moment than I thought

Ive just realised I read mine wrong.
It was 80% ovulatory, 13% miscarriage and 8% pregnancy:o:o:o
But I do remember higher pregnancy figures on last months cycle, and I'm just going to ignore it and not do any more searches (yeah right).
Honestly, if we were given babies based on the amount of google searches, forum post, SS, etc... I'd have at least 20 by now!
A friend of mine had her baby literally on the day I ovulated and I've been thinking to myself how lovely it would be if I were pg this cycle, and I could tell her that story.:o
Baby 2b born March 2013! :j:j:j0
