  • Think I'm suffering the post Christmas blues - cant believe how long this cycle is going on for - no signs of OV on opks, no sign of AF even on CD 1 million or whattever it is now....
I just wish it would arrive so I can at least start tracking properly again.... I absolutely HATE not knowing what is going on with my body.

Few other bits and pieces going on at the moment that are just making me feel down.... actually looking forward to getting back to work like a complete saddo as at least it takes my mind off stuff while im there!!

I do enjoy being off but kind of dreading NYE - me and OH never do anything as we'd prefer to stay in - usually just get a bottle of champers in, nice food and enjoy each others company but this year I'm actually depressed by the thought of doing the same old thing - I've been feeling restless a lot lately - so many things I want but havent achieved, with TTC being top of the list!!

Can you have a mid-life crisis at 32??

Hugs Squirell - definitely think its this time if year. I love Christmas but hate new years eve, I always find it depressing and dwell on things that haven't happened for me. We are spending nye with dh's brother and family which will be a nice change.

I should probably clarify... I usually have the chest of an eleven year old, and when I say 'big' boobs I mean that just before OV my boobs tend to swell up a bit (to the size of, say, the chest of a twelve year old...)!!!!! Coming off the pill made my boobs completely deflate!

Ah I see. Mine stay at the 11 year old stage permanently so Im jealous of the 12 year old stage you get to experience :rotfl:The pill didnt do anything for me in that dept either.

I feel your pain. My cycles were fine after coming off the pill, got down to a normal length and now have gone really weird and its really annoying. Im not impressed. Im sick of doing opks, but at the same time I have to do them or I wont know when I ov - I am temping but all the bding is getting exhausting to be honest :rotfl:

The past two NYEs have been rather extravagant for us, last year we were in sydney as part of our travelling and the year before we stayed in a friends flat in New york, so this year its a night in on the sofa to save money. We did get asked out to a meal but it was £50 a person which I thought was rather expensive for somewhere local so didnt want to spend £100 on that, especially as my car needing something fixing last week. I think next year I want to go into London to watch the fireworks.

Hi QQ could you please take me off the list for now? I wish you all the very best of luck ttc. I don't know when or if we will start ttc again- am going through some pretty horrendous relationship problems at the moment which is devastating.

Good luck to you all, may you be showered with lots of baby dust for 2012. :)

((Hugs)) teaandcakeordeath, I hope that things get better for you.

My OH is like a dog on heat. Feel mean depriving him but my body has been bleeding on and off for over a week and I was so worried about it all. So lucky he is considerate and does not demand it like my ex. Will be good when I finally come off AF though ;)

Doesn't help that my boobs swell after OV either. I go up a size for a couple of weeks which is not good when they are big in first place. OH thinks it is his birthday around that time.

Ditto for both however I'm ovulating at the moment or was so he is getting all he wants but still like a dog on heat.:)

I am big chested to begin with, thankfully during pregnancy they didn't grow, I don't think they do a bigger size :o

My father did, got a new job house and wife. :D bit of a major crisis. Hope OH doesn't do the same as he is 32 on new years day.

NYE we have lots of crabbies again plus wine and beer, planning on having lots of drinks and non essential bding :) might even let him purchase something for the bd box ;)

I already got rid of my idiot husband a few years ago, and I'd like to keep hold of my current OH - perhaps I'll make a list of other things I can do to make myself feel better!!!!
