Trying for a Baby Part 7

QQ - That sounds like a good result from the egg retrieval (not that I know much about it). And thanks for the good advice. I'm trying not to symptom spot, honestly I am but went shopping today and was overcome with a wave of nausea. Very strange. I'm sure it's far too early for it to be a pg symptom though.......
On another note, I just put my details into a BMI calculator and it came out as 29.41 . Not good at all! I'm think I'm going to start Weight Watchers again in the New Year. I did Weight Watchers online for a while this year and was really successful on it. Unfortunately, I have now put all the weight back on so am back where I started. The thought that losing weight might help with TTC is a good incentive to start again though.
Actually, when shopping today I didn't buy anything because I didn't know what size to get. I'm either going to be getting smaller or a lot bigger this year depending on which way things go :rotfl:!
By the way, can anyone explain to me how to multi quote on this forum because I just can't work it out?0 -

Rather than ticking the quote button, tick the coloured speech bubbles and then post reply which will include all those that you have ticked (although mine seems to stop at 3)Overdraft = £1000 Emergency fund = £2500

 bloomin AF still here! I was really hoping she would've left by now so we can start putting the plan into action. She seems to be staying extra long this month. This will be day 11 of bleeding (including spotting either end of full flow), and I'm getting fed up now. No sign of stopping either yet.
:Tthat they found 6 eggs QQ. Hope you're successful with this IVF and won't need another one, or that your DH changes his mind.
Hugs to those feeling sad at the moment.
Had an email last night to say that the second group assessment for JL job that I was emailed about was a mistake. As I've passed the assessment, the next thing I will hear is whether they are/n't offering me a job. Keeping my fingers crossed, as it'd be nice to be entitled to all of those employee benefits.
For those of you who are kick-starting a weight-loss plan in the new year, I'd like to join you. Won't be following a plan as such, but will be trying to eat more healthily and do more exercise.
Love to all,

Hello everyone:wave:
Done the egg retrieval, they found about 6 mature eggs:shocked:
Didn't know one had that many on natural cycles. Anyway they are not going to replace it this cycle, but are going to freeze it if it makes it past 6 or so days. Fingers crossed at least one makes it:o
DH said he wants this to be our last IVF
I haven't replied though, and hope it blows over, but don't think I can change his mind.
There's always au naturale way I suppose:(
On the bright side, I heard IVFs can cure PCOS for a while, similar to ovarian drilling:cool: They got 23 eggs (most were immature), so that's 23 holes on my ovaries (+1 from yesterday):D
WOW impressive egg count QQ
Keeping everything crossed for you xx x x x x x :AIf you can think it........it will happen0 -

Ah, I think I've got it now. Simple when you know how! Thanks.0 -
Hi QQ could you please take me off the list for now? I wish you all the very best of luck ttc. I don't know when or if we will start ttc again- am going through some pretty horrendous relationship problems at the moment which is devastating.
Good luck to you all, may you be showered with lots of baby dust for 2012.0 -

i wish i could base things on big boobs - sadly thats never going to happen for me :rotfl:
I should probably clarify... I usually have the chest of an eleven year old, and when I say 'big' boobs I mean that just before OV my boobs tend to swell up a bit (to the size of, say, the chest of a twelve year old...)!!!!! Coming off the pill made my boobs completely deflate!0 -
My OH is like a dog on heat. Feel mean depriving him but my body has been bleeding on and off for over a week and I was so worried about it all. So lucky he is considerate and does not demand it like my ex. Will be good when I finally come off AF though
Doesn't help that my boobs swell after OV either. I go up a size for a couple of weeks which is not good when they are big in first place. OH thinks it is his birthday around that time.Halifax CC £1029/£2490, Tesco CC [STRIKE]£0/£3203[/STRIKE], Tesco loan £15431/£15808, Carloan1 £6743/£8241, Carloan2[STRIKE] £0/£3813[/STRIKE]

Hugs teaandcake I hope things work out for you.
DH got a call back from doctors and picked up his forms and sample pot. Think he is going to do the sample in couple of weeks but at least he has got it all.0
