It will last if you want it to. I'm a firm believer in the "think yourself thin" school of thought. You have to visualise yourself how you want to be and with planning and decication, you'll get there.

Is there no-one about this afternoon??
I got back from shopping about 3pm and realised I was too hungry to wait for teatime (didn't have breakfast till nearly 11am today). So I've just had an enormous jacket potato with half a pot of cottage cheese 'n chives (syn-free one) with a side plate full of celery heart and a juicy orange pepper, sliced. I'm thoroughly satisfied and it was all free :j
Honey how's the SE gone today?
Yum Victory, that sounds nice. Glad you're getting something from the thread. We're all in it together so it's to everyone's advantage to provide what support we canI let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Hi everybody! So far this week I have been so good on my diet. Then today I have had arguments with him indoors  and normally that drives me to eating BUT today I just kept reading the slimming threads over and over and I think I will be ok.
We still arn't talking though - and this time I will not be the first to give in!:o You wouldn't believe that we have been married 35 years now, and we can still drive each other crazy! Unfortunatly nowadays it is with anger rather than lust!!:rotfl: :rotfl:
I keep telling myself that when I lose all this weight I will find someone better!!:p At least its one reason to stick to the eating plan!!:rotfl: :rotfl:
Thanks for letting me rant - I feel better already:rotfl: !

Hi everyone!
This is my first time on the forum and would like to join your club!
I'm 5ft 2" tall (or short depending how you look at it!) and have around 2 stone to lose.
I love all sorts of junk food and find it very difficult to resist any sort of take away. I have tried Weight Watchers a few times and have had success although I have now put back on (and more) anything I may have lost.
I realised this weekend it's time to get back on track when I tried on my so called 'fat clothes' and they are now all too tight for me!
Have read through a bit of this thread and there seems like some excellent support out there.
Here's to a new start on the weight loss journey for me!
