    Good for you :T

You mean I had a harem and nobody thought to tell me? Still I dont mind sharing with all you lovely ladies:) How about ElwynsupportsSam? as a name?

Well done Victory on that 2.5 lb loss, the three week total is perfect, at that rate it would be 6lb a month! Remember Slowly Slowy Catchy Monkey :j

Well done Victory - all in the right direction :T

Consultant - 8 1/2 lb in 3 weeks is great. It must be hard helping others lose weight and knowing your own is creeping back on. I have always thought there must be a lot of pressure being a consultant/slimming group leader - pressure to be maintaining a weight loss. I'm glad you find coming on this thread a good support network because it wouldn't be the same without you and the tremendous amount of support and advice you share. Its good to know that we are in someway helping you back !! Keep up the good work!
  • ElwynsupportsSam is a great name, the only reason we are the CANTCOPES is our surname is cope. and my aim is to become samcancope. LOL
  • This thread is great, just got in from work with the right munchies, but I logged on here with a cup of coffee at my side, and I'm over it now, without a bit of food passing my lips! Now scheduled SW meetings can't do that for me! By the way, there isn't a SW club round here on an evening I can make. Is there anywhere I can look at their diet, you do all seem to be doing well on it.

Hi Bj - how about buying the latest SW magazie - its approx £2.50 in the shops and it has a 7 day meal planner and lots of recipe ideas.
  • Great, didn't know a mag existed. Will it explain the principles of the diet, so that you're not totally limited to their 7 day plan? Great starting point though, thanks for the tip.

Hi Marion, you've had a great start with your weight loss and you have also come to the right place for help, motivation and support!! Lois updates the chart on a Monday, she will either pick up your post on here or you can PM her to let her know of weight loss.

BJ -It should explain the principles of the diet - basically there are 2 types of days. I just typed out a whole epic of the ins and outs and its disappeared  If you have a look back in this thread I'm sure consultant31 explained it somewhere! You may be able to pick up the books on ebay?

    Hello There:wave:

I've just had a quick look at recent posts and noticed a few duplicate posts (I say a few duplicate posts:D ), probably due to the server glitches............so I've just deleted them to tidy up.;)

Don't worry if any more appear (I say don't worry if any more appear:D ), we can always do a tidy up again.

    Regards

    Nile

Is there an echo in here?:D
