Hello all
Well despite my post a couple days ago saying I had not lost any weight after dieting for week and half, when I weighed this weekend I had lost 4 pound! Bit of a delayed start but I'm off the starting blocksBaby Ice arrived 17th April 2011. Tired.com! :j0 -

Well done, I have just joined today,
I have weighed myself and weigh 4lb less than I thought I was.0 -
I'm a loser!! 2lb this week. I know some folk have lost loads, but I'm chuffed with losing anything each week. It's all in the right direction. I really am getting used to walking and leaving the car behind, actually, it now seems easier than always fighting to find a parking space!0

Well done and don't compare yourself to anyone else. Just concentrate on your own goals and take it slowly, one step at a time and good news with the exercise, some people just cut down on food to lose weight but exercise as well will have the weight coming off quicker as well as making you fit!A cloudy day is no match for a sunny disposition~ William Arthur Ward ~0 -
I know and that is without trying,
I am starting my new healthy regime tomorrow. Just made my wholemeal bread.
Good Luck everyone.

Thanks for the wise words from everyone - i really hope it works next week. Decided to try even harder so now i only have my syns if i REALLY want them. Well done to everyone who has lost this week, theres some amazing results on there. and thanks lois for putting me down as a maintain - that makes me feel better. had the aubergine and potato bake from SW mag last night and it was yummy - took a bit longer to cook than it said though, and 4 potatoes should really have been 4 big potatoes as i didn;t have enough. Be careful with the juice out of the tomatoes too - mine was really runny but I liked it that way. AND lol at consultant's dogs with pegs in their ears! I used to have a little poodle and I was forever treating her ears like hair - scrunchies, hair clips, you name it. Bless her, she was so good natured she just used to put up with it. My mum used to brush her with Chanel talc and we even painted her toenails a time or two as well. They do get messy though - her favourite treats were midget gems or penny bubblies( i grew up in acorner shop) and she frequently had lumpy ears full of sweets. Oh dear, I sound like the RSPCA should be coming for me!0
