My husband is feeling left out and wants to know if he can join?? although he isnt a member of moneysavingexpert,
Can he join with me as Elwyncantcope ????

I like the sound of SAMCANCOPE, although the last year has been full of potty training and colic, not on the same child but at the same time, I hope this year will be my year, to make me feel better about myself, and sort out our finances now I dont work,
I thought being at home all day would make it easier to eat healthy how wrong was I, but I am going to do it.

Really really need to lose weight for my health and to be here for my children. I just cant seem to do it..... I managed it twice with Slimming World and kept it off for a while but then piled amount lost back on and more. Does anyone else out there suffer like this. I also really really want another baby but DH says never again unless I look like twiggy!!!! I could really do with some moral support and encouragment. CHOCOLATE makes my clothes shrink:rotfl:
Clothes shrinking rapidly...................:eek
Lightbulb moment! 30/01/07 weightloss so far 36lb.:j0 -
I felt and feel that way too, I refuse to have another child until I lost weight, we have a 1 yr and 3 yr old, I used to be a size 14-16 and since having kids I am 20-22. I am determined to do this, this site has given me an incentive, so much so my hubby has just joined, I am just changing our lifestyle by eating better rather than take aways, chips, crisps and cakes,
I need to do it for my health too,
But you can do it,0 -
Good afternoon everyone, just got back in from work and managed to get out today to boots to get weighed-pleased and delighted to report a 2.5 lb weight loss so that makes 4.5 lb in 3 weeks , not exactly speeding off but a step in the right direction!!
I would have been destroyed if I had not lost any this week as I was determined to keep going.... all good now, worth it, I reckon I could actually get to like all the veg!!!
I just keep going by thinking well if only I can get to monday for the weigh in...just a few more days....keep going for a few days and eventually monday comes or in this case tuesday and it makes it wonderful again!! xx0 -
I used to have a WW journal and in the front is had a page on how to work out your daily points allowance. Does anyone have this info available, as my DH and I have decided to try and shift a couple of stone :A and can't find the journal to work out our points allowance:mad:...0
