so i leave people in their bliss.
Oh I see. People have different opinions. They always will. I think people's exasperation with you is just that you see it as "getting around a rule" when actually it's "breaking the law", whether you get away with it or not... But the last few days have shown there are probably more important things in life to worry about than £65...DMP Mutual Support Thread member 244

This thread is surely out of date now, the op was seeing the benefit adviser last week. If we could have an update it would be helpful for other jobseekers planning a sojourn, assuming she wasn't sent to prison for 6 months for pleasure seeking while destitute!0

No, but they should be prepared to accept the consequenses of their actions, which could result in dismissal.
Employees sign their contracts, basically agreeing (for example) to a 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
People on JSA agree to be activley looking for work, so should also be prepared to face the consequences of their actions if they fail to do so.My drinking club has a rugby problem0 -

being caught is irrelevent.
Just because you can get away with something doesnt mean you should do it, just you could, its up to your morals if you do or dont.
Take the looters in London for example. Im sure, despite the hundreds of arrests, just as many will of gotten away with it - does this make it ok?My drinking club has a rugby problem0 -

Not really?
Alright, theres a big difference, but the point is the same. Just because you can get away with something, doesnt mean you should.
Anyway, this threads going nowhere. Each to their own!My drinking club has a rugby problem0
