I have an ice cream maker lurking somewhere in my freezer. Do you have the recipe Eric?

Margaret and Eric, you are both right about bread - I am not really missing it at all. Only bread eaten in last 2 months has been a bun surrounding a lovely juicy Big Mac that I succumbed to a few weeks ago :o However, my friends insist life cannot posibly go on without bread :rotfl:

i eat the occasional burger at edds diner in blue water but i ditch the bun and replace it with bacon and cheese :)

i was going to experiment with the ice cream, just chuck stuff in and see what happens lol

will try 250ml of goats milk and 250 ml of double cream

so hard to get ice cream thats not got chemicals or even worse high fructose starch in it ....

    this might be interesting

hmmm the greek yoghurt was a much better consistency but still only 3/10

i will try freezing a thick protein shake today

all the recipes i have found either use eggs (im allergic) or 50-100% double cream which i am sure will be nom nom but damn high in calories :rotfl:

    Hey all,

kids r at their dads today so think im going to go to the gym, plus that will include the long walk there and back.

My sister is having a bbq later today so i am hoping she has brought some healthy stuff that i can eat, otherwise it will be a bad day food wise.

You can't convince people whose minds are closed. Impossible. They'll believe what they want to believe.

I have so far lived for a whole month without any bread, without potatoes, without cake, biscuits, pasta, rice, pizza, burger buns and I don't miss any of them, not at all. The weight is gradually coming off. Slowly, which is the best way, because if it came off too fast the likelihood is that it would go back on, and I don't want that.
