I have an ice cream maker lurking somewhere in my freezer. Do you have the recipe Eric?
Margaret and Eric, you are both right about bread - I am not really missing it at all. Only bread eaten in last 2 months has been a bun surrounding a lovely juicy Big Mac that I succumbed to a few weeks agoHowever, my friends insist life cannot posibly go on without bread :rotfl:

all the recipes i have found either use eggs (im allergic) or 50-100% double cream which i am sure will be nom nom but damn high in calories :rotfl:0 -

You can't convince people whose minds are closed. Impossible. They'll believe what they want to believe.
I have so far lived for a whole month without any bread, without potatoes, without cake, biscuits, pasta, rice, pizza, burger buns and I don't miss any of them, not at all. The weight is gradually coming off. Slowly, which is the best way, because if it came off too fast the likelihood is that it would go back on, and I don't want that.Ær ic wisdom funde, ær wearð ic eald.
