    Hiya

This is a first - 4 points left at the end of the day and I can't decide what to do with them! OH has had cheese and crackers which I resisted, I could have a glass of wine but I'm not really bothered, it's shopping day tomorrow so there's very little in to tempt me apart from digestive biscuits - maybe I'll just do without (and polish my halo before bed).

Fred - another 4km for me today.

    Night all.

Lolly - well done on using the Powerplate. I asked about it at the gym a few weeks ago and was given an introduction. Made me feel quite dizzy and sick. :o

Another 3.5 miles for the challenge please Fred.

    Hi all

Well the digestive biscuits won last night but as they were within my points I didn't feel bad about it. My stomach was rumbling and I don't sleep if I go to bed hungry.

Jess - I tried one when they first came out and it had the same effect on me. It also felt like an electric shock and I've got a fear of electricity since nearly electrocuting myself as a youngster. I didn't like it.

Beanie - what's happened to your trike?

It's Friday again - what's everyone got planned for the weekend? My OH is playing golf all day tomorrow so I'm going to do something with another golf widow, not sure what yet, but it might involve shopping. On Sunday evening the line dancers are having a social so OH will be dragged along to that (that's the cost of a day of golf - lol). He and the other husbands call themselves linedrinkers. :rotfl:

Enjoy it, whatever you've got planned.
