    Hey all,

Just popped in to cheer you on, keep up the good work everyone!

Struggling with exercise, snow and cold a real demotivator, however only missed one run so far this year.

Food wise am sticking to my calories, still counting but not weighing, at least not when the other half is looking :p week to week I vary by up to 3lbs but I do come back down to target just I hoped there would be more of a buffer between eating and gaining.

Still STS for me FS for this week.

    Morning all

OH and I are planning to go for a walk later, I'll have to estimate how far it is for the Paris challenge - a pedometer would be useful!

Hope you're all surviving the wintry conditions.

No need to estimate, this site will calculate your distance walked! :)

    Hi all

Cabby - thanks for the link, I'll use that next time.

Fred - can you put me down for 3 miles please. I worked it out by making a note of how long it took and then calculating it based on walking at a speed of 3mph. That might sound a bit slow, but we tend to stop and admire the scenery quite often!

    Have a good day.

No offence caused at all, Lois - thanks for your repy :)

There is still lots of fat in there - I'm sure there will be loose skin, but at the moment I can still feel A LOT of fatty tissue. I'll see how it looks once I've lost the rest of the weight, but I really want to avoid surgery if at all possible.

I want to start going to the gym and lifting heavy weights, I think that might make a difference.

Vix - yes, I am going to be starting the couch to 5k program next week - are you doing it too?

Yes, pretty much. I'm kinda running for however long, stopping, then going again. Should probably get some plan together, or follow the c25k programme itself! Good luck with it!

    Good morning sleepy heads :)

I've started Insanity (again) this morning. Just finished the fit test.

I've just had a crazy (insane) thought about upping my exercise a notch and doing Insanity in the mornings and turbofire in the evenings

Insanity is 9 weeks; Turbofire is 20 weeks so if I'm insane enough, I could do Insanity twice over so I'll finish both around the same time :D

However, this is just a crazy thought at the moment :rotfl:
