    That's the one  :rotfl:Your hubby'll love it ;)

At £100 I think "hubby" can stick with the 30 Day Shred (he complains enough during that!)

I think these last 3 stone are going to take me longer than the first 7!

Also, after all the weight I've lost, I don't think that a single ounce of it has come from my belly. I'm pretty confident it is the same size as it was when I started. I have loast loads from my back, and some from my sides but my tummy is still huge

W_of_T - well done for SOTW:T and excellent work for your weight loss so far, you're doing amazingly well. :A

Is the problem with your tummy loose skin rather than fat? When I lost 7 stone previously I had an 'apron' that I couldn't shift no matter what I did and I think the only answer is surgery. It may be possible to get cosmetic surgery on the NHS as I read that if you lose 50% you qualify. I'm presuming that you would be close to that if you achieve your 10 stone goal? Apologies if this causes any offence.

Fred - thanks for the chart, great work as usual. :T

After my full day on Tuesday I had a very lazy day yesterday - planned to have a swim but I'm reading a good book and couldn't tear myself away.

Linedancing again this afternoon so can you put me down for another 2km today please.

Oh my god i found the gym really hard today! I definatly ran for longer than i ever have so i feel good about that. The cross trainer is my killer!!

Now its my weekend off, so no gym untill next week so i can enjoy pete!

Have a good weekend guys! :)
  • No offence caused at all, Lois - thanks for your repy :)

There is still lots of fat in there - I'm sure there will be loose skin, but at the moment I can still feel A LOT of fatty tissue. I'll see how it looks once I've lost the rest of the weight, but I really want to avoid surgery if at all possible.

I want to start going to the gym and lifting heavy weights, I think that might make a difference.

Vix - yes, I am going to be starting the couch to 5k program next week - are you doing it too?
  • Oh wow motw :j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j

thanks fred, feel bad, as had a bad day yesterday, going for lunch and cocktails with girlies for lunch, then meeting my cousin tom to go m&m world and to eat lebanese food, but i am trying not to blow too many calories, did my weekly exercise as usual and then bought a groupon deal for 4 zumba lessons for £10 i pay £5 at work per session, so this is half price, 20 mins away from home and means that i can spread the exercise to another day lol, its only 4 so its a months worth but that is better than nothing, next im thinking of the fitness first blue passes, but its 10 days, not sure if thats 10 seperate days or 10 in a row, will investigate, may decide to walk home instead of take the bus after zumba weather dependant

Hey everyone, hope all is good!

Thanks Alliwant :). Hopefully I'll get a better result this week. Only hoping for an STS though as I'm out at an all you can eat restaurant tonight! You can order anything on the menu (or even EVERYTHING on the menu! :rotfl:) so think I'll be spoilt for choice. Were having a few drinks beforehand though so hopefully I'll not feel too hungry when we get there, as I never usually eat much when I'm drinking.

I'm a bit worried about going over on my foot tonight as it's been hurting a lot more recently. Also, I'll be drunk, in heels, and walking on icy pavements.... a lethal combination, lol! My heels are only about 3" though and are comfy leather boots, so they shouldn't be too bad.
  • I just got weighed at the doctors and there seems to be about 4lbs difference between her scale and mine (came straight home and weighed myself). Mine are digital, and hers are the little dial ones, but you've got to imagine that hers are correct since it's the doctor...

I'm going to be really disappointed if I really weigh more than I thought I did :(
