Fred can you add another 3 mile walk for me this morning.
  • It's a loss of 2.8lbs this week, thanks Fred.

All of that came off over night when I stopped taking painkillers for my toothache, and the scale hasn't moved again since (about 5 days). I really don't know what's going on with my body at the moment - I think these last 3 stone are going to take me longer than the first 7!

Also, after all the weight I've lost, I don't think that a single ounce of it has come from my belly. I'm pretty confident it is the same size as it was when I started. I have loast loads from my back, and some from my sides but my tummy is still huge

    Hi

I'm a bit disappointed to report a 2lb gainthis week.

DH had a minor op on Friday and the folks came over to help with the kids and it's not been a dieting week! Nor have I done much exercise though I did walk to town and back today (2 miles) so should get going again now.

Well done to the losers and I'm hoping to have better news next week!

Wow! 7 Stone is impressive! Focus on what you have achieved, because that is amazing. The rest will follow i'm sure!

I'm quite tired today from the gym! Had another good session and tried to increase the weight i've been moving. I think i can run longer than before, so i'm pretty happy about that! Will be back there tomorrow morning for my final session for a few days.

Hope everybody is managing to resist the dodgy stuff a bit more than i am!

  • I have not been at all well the last week :( spent most of saturday night and sunday in bed. Went to work monday but got sent home after an hour as kept going dizzy and almost falling over. So my Food intake has been awful and I have done no exercise at all. So it doesn't surprise me that I have a 2LB GAINThis week Fred:A

I have no distance to add to the paris trip so I think I will bow out this month as I can't see me making Paris in only 10 days :( I feel very disappointed with myself. I was hoping to get upto 30 mins running this week but the only thing I am running is a temperature  I know when I am feeling better my eating will improve and I will get that 2lb back off but it is just so frustrating!

Vix - Well done on your gym sessions :T It is good that you have managed to find a Gym in Creepy that can keep you occupied. I'm sure when you see your man again he will see the difference ;)

Lolly - Don't be too down I find it normally takes a week of exercise before I see the difference weight loss, so hopefully you will see the scales move next week.

Margaret - I agree about your comment on food ad's, It is like film 4 being sponsored by McCain Wedges. Do we need these shoved down our throats all the time? I wish it wasn't allowed, but I suppose they have to make money somehow. I also get annoyed that the advert volume is higher than the programme half the time  So like you I find myself hitting the mute button during adverts

I'll leave you on the Paris challenge - but take off your target - you can then log your exercise when you're upto it.
