  • well done lolly for being back in the game! :0) had a strange day today, massive leak at work so we had to move floors, one floor up, had 3 biscuits for brekkie, with 2 apples and a plum before lunch, for lunch had a bit of homemade pie, which had beef, baby spinach and green beans, the tri pie from baker bros, had it with beetroot and potato salad from yest, then had 2 strawberry rolls things, frm some bear company, 27 cals a roll and then came home and had a ww lasagne, it was from the latest ww glitch, so 6 more meals to go, will probs have one for lunch tomorrow. been walking up and down stairs all day, so not too bad, also i took money to buy a pack of crisps, saw my friend and i was like do you want a pack? and he said jokingly no my bodies a temple lol, made me realise i didnt need the crisps so didnt have them, then got offered choc fingers which i resisted, then got offered oreos lol which i also resisted :)

  • been good today, porridge and 2 apples for brekkie, weight watchers spaghetti and peas and broccoli i did have a cheeky pack of walkers crisps, for dinner last of the slow cooked beef and oven chips, with garlic mayo, dont think that was too bad considering friday was my junk day, but i had the biscuits i had yesterday so took that into account, plus on monday i had the ken hom crispy beef which was 600 cals, so that is prob what i would have had on a junk day, just spread through the week, oh and i did have 1 slice of white bread and a sausage one day for brekkie, so that also would have been had today.

not doing to bad, i feel happy :)

    Thanks Ms Night Ryder :)

I've been on Just Dance again and now have over 10000 'sweat points', so have completed the weekly plan already! Will be on it again tonight at a friends house so hopefully I'm heading towards a good loss this week :)

    Hi all

Thanks for the chart again Fred, I'm chuffed at being SOTW even if I did share it! :rotfl:

I walked 2km towards Paris on Thursday and I'm going to do the same again today.

Went to pilates yesterday but it was too cold to do the class (there's lots of retired ladies and the teacher didn't want to risk anyone injuring themselves) so just had a swim instead.

Have a great weekend everyone. :D
