I've started Insanity (again) this morning. Just finished the fit test.
I've just had a crazy (insane) thought about upping my exercise a notch and doing Insanity in the mornings and turbofire in the evenings
Insanity is 9 weeks; Turbofire is 20 weeks so if I'm insane enough, I could do Insanity twice over so I'll finish both around the same time
However, this is just a crazy thought at the moment :rotfl:
Agreed, you are InsaneMakes me tired just thinking about it. You must be really fit now.
I did the Insanity fit test, pulled my back and ended up not able to move for about a weekGood luck if you decide to go for it.

Morning all
Fred - 1lb off for me (again) this week.
Total weight loss is 12lbs, which averages at 2lb a week, but it feels a bit disappointing not to see a bigger difference on the scales every week. The average is going to drop anyway, it's inflated by a good loss in the first week, which was Christmas gain.
Matryoshka - that's insane!Ever thought you might be addicted to exercise? Not that it's a bad thing, I was like that with step aerobics about 20 years ago.
I used to do at least 3 sessions a week, 4 if I could fit it in alongside working and bringing up 2 children.
World-of-tights - don't worry about what the scales say, they're only a guide to how you're doing. How you feel and how your clothes fit you is more important.
Have a good week everybody - good luck with your weigh-ins.

My tummy is still bigMeasured my waist this morning (I measure around the navel) and it was 33"
Once my tummy goes down, if it ever goes down, I will slack off the exercise a bit. Don't know what I'm doing wrong tbh. The rest of my body is well tonedSECRET TO WINNING PRIZES:

Sounds lovely! I'm coming up to scotland soon beanieIt will be cheaper for me to get to edinburgh than lancaster so we're gunna have an ickle trip away. I'm a scottish virgin, so i've been looking at some inexpensive things to do. The highlands tour looks good. Anyway, i'm rambling! ha
