    Hiya

Fred - 4km for yesterday and 5km for today please.

Had a lovely evening out to celebrate Valentines Day and our wedding anniversary. I estimated WW points for the meal and I drove and stayed on diet soft drinks so managed to stay within my points for the day. :D

I'll check back in later to see the chart.

Also I will be away next week so can you put down a STS for next week too ? then I will have to get my head around loosing more weight when I get back. although if I don't go too mad next week I should have a loss with all the cold and exercise ;)

Beanie - My phone doesn't do app's either, I just can't be bothered with all that faff to be honest :rotfl: More to go wrong, drain the battery and cost a lot of extra money IMHO

Vix - I'll wave at the weekend as I'm flying out of Gatwick. When are you thinking of going to Scotland?

Lolly - I told you it would take a week to show up, Nice loss :T

-3lbs for me this week - thanks, Fred.

I have started using the My Fitness Pal app on my phone. Does anyone use it?

I lived and died by MyFitnessPal, even after being on maintenance for 3 months I still find it comforting to track what I eat. Second only to this thread it was the most helpful thing in getting me to my target weight.

    Morning all

Thanks for the chart Fred and well done Lolly for SOTW. :T Well done to all the losers this week too.

I'm starting to think I was probably a bit ambitious in thinking I could walk to Paris, as it's half way through the month and I'm nowhere near! Nevermind, I'll keep going anyway. Maybe I should use a pedometer and count how many steps I do at line dancing - that would probably get me there!

Alliwant - enjoy your skiing trip, DON'T break a leg! ;)

    Have a good week everybody.

    LL :)

p.s. well done to the George Clooney team too - keep it up!

Wow, it's not often that you see Lolly101 and SOTW used in the same sentence :o, lol. Yay me!

Feeling really positive this week, think I needed a good loss as I've been struggling with motivation lately. I'm really into exercise at the mo (:D) but it hadn't been showing on the scales (:(). I'm doing at least 30 mins dancing each day, but it's usually more like an hour. I'm also doing 15-20 mins on the power plate each day (while watching my soaps ;)). I've been reading up and watching vids about the power plate so I'm now doing some really effective exercises on it, and can REALLY feel it when I get off!
Lolly - I told you it would take a week to show up, Nice loss :T

Thanks Alliwant! :) Hope you have a great time on the ski trip :j

Thanks Lois! :) Taking a pedometer to line dancing is a great idea!!! I'm falling behind with the challenge too as I've been dancing more than anything else this month. A pedometer would be a great way to make it count towards the challenge :D.

I could do with losing more than a foot (12 inches!) from my bottom :o
