    occy we are also fitting a kitchen but i had to go collect it and then unload it its a very mse 2nd hand kitchen .
    keep thinking i should quit and then get a loss reckon i will be staying around ,wont be long and i will have my cooker back and will be so skint that i wont be able to buy treats so weight will come down lol
    So finally debt free and it feels amazing however continuing here to stay debt free.Next declutter house and body and finally swim under that waterfall x
  • Trigirl: THAT WAS AWESOME! I just did the cycling drill you posted yesterday, and it was SO much fun. I felt like I got a really good work out - I absolutely loved it.

    I'll need to look for more things like that to do to keep my exercise bike interesting.

    Thanks I am well pleased, average if 23.5mph I liked the course nice and lumpy so you get to build lots of momentum on the down stretches!

    Well done with the bike session, they are tough ones. I love the spinning out the saddle, it really hurts, did a Bridget jones off my turbo doing that once my legs just went from under me!

    Let me know when u r bored with that session I will post another, plenty more where that came from. You can buy turbo training DVDs which are good, like riding a spin class in your living room. I will try and check some out and post some recommends x
