  • Stayed the same this week for me too! Need to get back on track, but having no fridge at the moment is making that rather challenging...(fridge is broken, waiting for new one to be delivered, most low carb food needs to be kept in the fridge, can someone can suggest some low carb foods that don't need to be refrigerated to me....)
  • Aerobics done - 45 mins. Class booked for Friday am.
    Weighed - 112.9kg. Watch this space. :D

  • STS for me this week, which is ok, considering I had a wedding last Friday and wrote off the weekend food wise. I'm trying really hard to lower my tea intake and increase my plain water intake. All of that caffine can't be good for me, I end u feeling really dehydrated too.
  • Well a total loss of -2.5 lb for me this week. Plus rode a 10 miler tonight and SMASHED my PB, it was brilliant conditions and I managed 26.34' I amovee the moon.

    Total exercise of 2 hours today cycling of course!!!!

  • Trigirl: THAT WAS AWESOME! I just did the cycling drill you posted yesterday, and it was SO much fun. I felt like I got a really good work out - I absolutely loved it.

    I'll need to look for more things like that to do to keep my exercise bike interesting.
