Thank you. Yes I meant the little 175g ones. I;ve been having one a day this week when I've started to feel hungry. Didn't think of buying the Onken ones - I like those too. Many thanks for your help.

All those are fine - the only ones you're not allowed are the ones with fruit bits in, at least, not during your Cruise phase when fruit isn't allowed. The forums on the Dukan site are very helpful.

Also try Perle de Lait coconut. Very smooth, very nice.

Can you have that as it has coconut in it? I'm just starting out on the Dukan. I've been cutting down this week and eating mainly protein but also eaten veg and salad items in the fridge. Also been buying in the food I need ready for the proper off tomorrow although haven't made the oatbran pancake thingys yet. Got to buid up to those as they don't really appeal to me! lol I did look at the Dukan forum but you have to pay the course fees to be able to join that so it seems. Can't quite afford to pay over £200..................! Thank you for your help :).

I bought honey and blueberries this morning from Lidl again (it's below the gym) and added it to the Greek yogurt I bought yesterday. It's now lush :rotfl:

    Hey Everyone,

Happy Birthday Mandz! :bdaycake: (sorry it's so late.... but at least you finally get some cake :D)

Well I felt really ill yesterday, and I had to go to Tesco - I hate going shopping when I'm not feeling well as I always buy something bad to cheer me up. Bought a pizza.... and some ice-cream :o. Ate some of each, then had a take away for tea :o:o:o.

Must make up for it now. I've still got a lot of work to do though so won't have time for much else until tues, but will try and get as much done on my bike as I can while I'm working, and may try for a big workout one evening, once my brain switches off for the night and I can forget about the work!

Well, I was paying nearly £10 a month to www.weightlossresources.co.uk and I'd been doing that over the last 2-3 years. I've paid for Dukan over 3 months on my credit card. If it works it will be money well spent.

Yes, apparently the coconut yogurts are OK, also the lemon ones. Fruit flavour is OK but not fruit.

Be prepared for this not being a 'quick fix', which some people think it is. It's 3 weeks since I started, 2 days on Attack phase and now on Cruise phase. I've lost 1.7 kg since I started, which is 3 3/4 pounds. This is not a diet where the 'weight falls off you' but it DOES work.

DH can't do it because he is insulin-dependent, but he has been cutting down on carbs since I started. He used the last potato we had in the house some days ago and says he won't buy any more. Eating less carbs, he's using less insulin and getting better control of his blood glucose, so it's good for both of us.

  • Interesting day, my hip is playing up so rather than triathlon I tried aqua bike which is the swim and then the bike but no run. I had a terrible swim, kept getting tangled in weed and having to stop, then I honestly though I saw a body below me (no it was just weed) anyway did a good bike leg, 19.6mph average though it felt faster. Finished 2nd lady, beaten by someone who is on team GB so no shame there.

So can I log 1 hour today and another 2 hours for yesterday as I went out again inthe afternoon.

Hmmm was happy with my time till i realised it was only 19.6 mph.
