Bought the Greek yoghurt in Lidl this morning. Don't know if it's the same one y'all on about but it does NOT taste lush :rotfl:The one I bought is: Eridanous Greek Style Creamy Yogurt (1000g) @ £1.55. It's got 10% fat written on it. I saw the fat-free small tubs but went for this. I had to force myself to eat the one I put in a bowl and I will have to eat it all as don't want to waste it :rotfl:Think I'll be sticking to my mullerlight ;)

I love it, although I do have it with fruit and a teaspoon of honey which makes all the difference - yum!

No excercise for me today as still feeling off colour so having a rest day. Feeling a bit guilty about not doing any, which is really unusual for me. Maybe my habits are beginning to change. :)
  • Thanks everyone for all your helpful replies. I will try to go 0.1 faster each time and cover a bit more distance.

I don't think the balance board is needed for Zumba but I will let you know. I bought it because I can't get mine working, and I need it to monitor my weight and for steps.

Hope everyone has a good day.

That's what I thought. I was looking for the honey in the cupboard but couldn't find it. I didn't realise we had to sweeten it :rotfl:So gets a thumbs down from me thumb-down.gif Wish I hadn't bought a big tub now :rotfl:

As long as they're fat-free, yes.

Do you mean the little ones? Or the 500 ml size? I buy Onken Vanilla fat-free yogurt, 500 ml size.

Thank you. Yes I meant the little 175g ones. I;ve been having one a day this week when I've started to feel hungry. Didn't think of buying the Onken ones - I like those too. Many thanks for your help.

Can't say anything about the Lidl one but the Total one with blueberries/strawberries and a little of ground almonds on top IS LUSH! I could eat it for breakfast AND dinner!(I did it twice :o) it's better then any dessert I've tried! I promise! And I usually have to add sweetner to food like plain youghurt but this is just perfect like it is... *going to the fridge to fetch some*

I am having a pig day... :o promised myself to behave from tomorrow as this low carb+total greek youghurt was working wonders this week and I will carry on... just need to find some time to exercise...
*riding Tescos tomorrow for dtd*

I will properly re-join you in September as things are looking better and get sorted out so I might have some more time :j
