Thats fab tinygirl! Triathlons seem so difficult, because i find i could swim a waaaaay further distance than i could ever run. Likewise i feel i could bike further than run, unless it was really hilly! Thats extreme fitness!

I was going to go to the gym on my days off, but i've been out 3 times this week and all of that alcohol has left me so dehydrated.....plus i've been dancing for 11+hours so i'm hoping thats enough! ha.

bb: Ha! I was going to go to pride, but i came home instead. Shame, cos i would have probably looked for my flip flop! ha

Well my birthday night out was really good. I didnt have any fast food rubbish at the end of the night, but i did have a few drinks which would have been full of calories. So lots of exercise for the rest of the week to make up for it

I said last week I was going to get my butt into gear and shift a few pounds... apparently I didn't account for the number of meals out I would end up having due it being birthday week (not really an excuse I know) but this week, as of this moment I am on it :)

    :rotfl:That is brilliant!!!

Well I've been a bit slow on the exercise front, only 30mins to add (bike). Although from what I've heard, I'm in no rush to get to New Zealand... it's snowing there!!! For the first time in 80 years! We heard from my Grandad who lives over there.

Work will be done by tomorrow, so I'm hopefully hoping to be able to make up for the lack of exercise this week. We're off on hols again next week so will be very active, I'm thinking that if I rein in my eating then I may even get a loss this time. :)
