 I fell by the wayside 1 more week till kids back to school and i can getinto a routine will go find the ipod me thinks:rotfl:
 Thanks, although week 5 is the tipping point 3rd run is 20 minutes non-stop :eek:
 I find that by week 4 running in general is easier and even walking seems less of a chore, post when you restart and I will cheer you on!

            2lb loss this week, made even odder by the fact it was my anniversary on saturday and we had some family over from america on sunday and i ate over 8k calories on the 2 days :rotfl:
 takes me to a total of 225.6 FS
 and 90% lost :T and thats ignoring the 15-20lbs of excess skin i have :eek:                        0 :eek:                        0

            Was supposed to be a rest day today according to the turbo fire calendar but because I've had less sleep, I decided to repeat yesterday's workout to wake me up. I'm now gonna make me some porridge and maybe have a cold shower 3rd day Turbofire 3rd day Turbofire

            Morning all
 Can I join in this challenge please. I'm such a yoyo dieter and am fed up with it. I now have about a stone to lose (used to be 3) and although i lost it last year i've welcomed it back this year:o
 I don't want to go to any clubs (done them all) so after reading your thread I will try low gi. I know myself well enough now to know that if I restrict too much then I will eat all round me.
