    Just remembered that my challenge time didn't match the chart. Looked back and I have
    50 mins - today
    30 - 15th
    55 - 12th
    155 - 10th
    67 - 8th
    143 - 7th
    40 - 4th
    40 - 3rd
    48 - 1st

    Total 628 mins, or 10 hrs 28 mins - as long as my maths is right???
    Either way, I better get my a$$ is gear if I'm gonna finish this challenge!!! :eek:
    We've got a lot of activities planned for the holiday so will store the times on my phone so I can add them when I get back rather than just taking a whole week out. I took my hrm watch with me today (minus the chest strap) and started it when we set off, paused it when we got there, and started it again on the way back so I could get an accurate time, I must remember to do that when we're away.

    Fred, I think the time has come for me to come off the chart, after 4 years!!!! I am just constantly maintaining now, at around 2 stone less than when I started, so seem to have found a happy balance with what I am eating. Thanks for all your continued hard work

    Lolly I've corrected your exercise record now - I must have missed an entry somewhere - sorry.

    I have to go for an interview today and I am as nervous as hell :(
    So this is why I'm posting early as I don't know what time I'm going to get back and also I have Friends arriving today for a week so it's going to be busy :D

    feel i'm letting the dog team down and my own dog lol she will be pleased when kids get back to school get weighed today forgot to do it tues ,my plan is an hr every day and will record daily .
    So finally debt free and it feels amazing however continuing here to stay debt free.Next declutter house and body and finally swim under that waterfall x

    congrats to all three sotw.
    Im hoping to really get back into my exercise thi week, have really been slacking and my food hasnt been that good either. Need to sort it so i can stay on track and lose this weight. No more buying carp.
