  • Welcome Meersy :)

I'm too scared to weigh in today as I was away over the weekend and ate far too much.

On the upside I don't think I ate as much as I would've a few months ago and, by the end of the weekend I was desperate to get home and "eat normally". Felt good that I consider my current eating habits as normal now and that my body prefers eating healthier foods. BUT that won't help on the scales :(

Well done everyone on all your losses and exercises.:j
Not been a good week for me exercise wise, as have been working too many long long shifts in work.
Did manage 1 hour 5 mins ontreadmill today but only because it was my first day off for a while.

Kinda hoped it would be more, but I guess any loss is a good thing :(

Just adding 50 mins for the challenge. That was walking today, we went to a lovely (and hilly - a tough walk around with a pushchair!) park near us. We went to two play areas and went for a walk around the lake, then went out for tea. I tried to be very 'good' and order a salad - went for the Ploughmans though. Unfortunately there was more ploughmans than salad :( including four HUGE blocks of cheese!!! Didn't eat them all, but was very hungry by the time we ate so did eat most of it.
