    Back to the gym this morning :D

    5k - Crosstrainer - 38 minutes 28 seconds (361 calories)

    Then I spied a ladies workout schedule. She was using the threadmill so I decided to give it a go. On a paper laid out before her was

    1.5 incline;

    3 mins 5.5;

    1 minute 10.0

    3 mins 5.5;

    1 minute 10.0 and so on. I couldn't see how long she should do it for and didn't want to ask :rotfl:

    It was bloody brilliant :j I thought the running at 10.0 would be hard but it wasn't as only for 1 minute. I found after a while that the running for 3 minutes at 5.5 was too long so maybe I'll shorten it to 2 minutes next time. So, my workout was:

    Threadmill (intervals) - 5.02K - 44 minutes - (302 calories & 75 metres climbed)

    I was absolutely soaked (don't know if it was the A/C not working in the gym :rotfl:) and I came off that threadmill very satisfied with my workout :j

    Total: 1 hour 22 minutes and 28 seconds (I think) ;)

    I just think people are weird, it reminds me of an old work colleague who had full facial hair but decided one day to shave off his beard, he went into the office the next morning and someone commented how he had grown a moustache.

    Feeling a bit off colour today. Wondering whether I am coming down with something or because I have reduce my carbs more this week. Forced myself down to the gym anyway and I have to say feeling a bit better now.

    Think a bath and an early night is now called for.

    1 hour Salsa Aerobics for me today Fred, thanks.
