Thinking of rejoining ww after being away near 4 years, I was a gold member but now am a gold heffer lol.
I did the core plan though, I believe its now simply filling? Has much changed from the old no count plan?
I found counting points really hard but did ok with the no count plan0 -

I used to do the core plan and I was really pleased with how well it went, fell off the wagon (of course :rotfl:) and i'm trying the PP but I'm starving!:eek:
I can't find anything about simply fillingI wish they still did the core plan

They don't seem to be publicising it much to be honest, I had to search through the ww community boards. Its a variation on the old core, seems there are less foods included on the 'free' list but I'm struggling to find a food list to be honest.
I was starving counting points which was why I went to core.
does anyone have any info on simply filling? or whatever its called!0 -
I'm on propoints and I like it because of the free fruit and veg. I find myself being a lot more creative now in the kitchen then before because i find the best way to keep the PPs down is to cook food yourself rather than picking overprocessed things.
On a side note have my WI tonight and am sure I will be a prize "heffer" on the scales as haven't pointed for 4 days and think I've gained 3 - 4lbs. I may not go though because I have a lot to do for work ready for tomorrow!0 -
hi, the simply filling are foods listed in your week 1 or 2 booklet that are highlighted as better choices as they are either free or filling. for example garden peas are free but marrowfat are 2 pts.
They have wised up a bit you can't get this info unless you go to the meeting and get the bookelt or sign up for esource. I didn't know how to workout my point allowance on pro points I missed new member time and it doesn't say in the bookelt, luckily my esource is still active and that worked it oout for me.
I have lost 7lbs in jan, i entered my weight on esource on thursday and was most disapointed it didn't give me a 7lb sticker untill I realised I still have 2 stone to go from my original goal weight :-)0 -

I put black pepper in my Nodwah - helps a bit!LBM Feb 2010 £62,700 Total Debt Jan 11 [STRIKE]£49,403.84[/STRIKE] £47,530.32.
(CC/LOAN = [STRIKE]36,378.98[/STRIKE] 35668.47. O/D = [STRIKE]1255.32[/STRIKE] 1212.35/[STRIKE]1999.78[/STRIKE] 1934.52, BUS = [STRIKE]9769.76[/STRIKE] 8714.98)
Challenge = Debt at 31/01/12 = £25k. 2011 Payments = £1,944.19/£24,403.84
There is no point in negative thought, it takes up time and energy which could be used in a positive, happy way!
