  • Hi hope someone can help me please

Next weekend I have 2 Christmas parties to attend. One on the Saturday evening and another the Sunday lunchtime!!!!

I have said no to the local WW christmas party as it isnt WW friendly menue (and expensive compared to the other 2).

I would have skipped the Saturday night one but it will most likely be the last time I get to see a lot of the hobby group I belonged to as it has now closed so feel I should go.

The one on the Sunday is unavoidable as its a family one with the nephew and father Christmas special.

What I need is 5 days worth of meals that arnt going to tip the scales (infact I hope to lose a little) as I dont often use my 49 weekly allowance and am not really wanting to.

Im not ready for the Healthy & Filling switch just yet, am keeping that for a kick start booster into the new year!

Can anyone suggest 5 dinners please?

The only reason I am asking is because my weigh in is on a Monday morning! Scary thought!

    Thanks :)

Like most people, I didn't stick to anything over Christmas, but managed to only gain a pound. Since then I've lost another 3 pounds so am back on track seriously now.

With working away so much, its far easier for me to just do 'filling & healthy' - how do others feel that this option works?
