Hootie 19 Yes the points have been reduced to 26, if you are happy on your 29 and feel you are losing like you want, then its ok to remain on 29, but they are saying that 26 is the new minimum. Also, our leader was saying you can eat unlimited foods from the healthy list, those coloured green in the folder, but have to watch out for when your full, maybe someone who knows more might be able to explain it better.0

Hey Save Dosh
Only try a Filling and Healthy day if you are able to reconise your own satisfaction levels of feeling satisfied. It is not going to work for everyone and ultimately speak to your leader before switching to it and this will determine if you are ready to give F&H a try.
I hope this helps

I'm on my second F&H day in a week. I like doing it occasionally, but don't know if i could follow it all the time0

Oh this sounds a bit like the Paul McKenna "I Can Make You Thin" principle. Essentially he says to eat when you're hungry, and stop when you're full. If you're hungry again in an hour's time - eat again. But make sure you ARE hungry and it's not something else you're feeling.
Our stomachs send out an "I'm full now, don't eat any more" signal, but most of us aren't aware of it. It's something we have to learn to look out for and identify. Eat slowly, and really enjoy every mouthful. So I guess that means not eating while concentrating on a book or concentrating on the tv. Half way through your meal, stop, and ask yourself "am I still hungry". If you are - continue eating. If you're not, stop.
I like the PMcK idea, but the freedom it gives is a little daunting. The idea of not following any kind of a plan at all just makes me think I'm going to go wild! His only "rule" is stay away from refined sugar. That's what wouldn't work for me - as soon as I'm told "you can't have . . ." I just focus totally on that, and my stubborn side comes out and I'm thinking "don't tell ME what I can and can't have". Which is why WW is so good for me. I CAN have what I want, when I want it - just have to be aware of quantities, really.

Morning
as some of you know, I work away a lot, staying in hotels, so tracking has always been a problem and basically guesswork. So I've tended to do the F&H because its easier.
Yesterday I had
Breakfast :- fruit salad, virtually fat free yoghurt, poached egg, mushrooms, tomato and 2 slices of toast (used allowance)
Lunch - Jacket potato, salad, banana
Dinner - Grilled chicken breast, veg, crushed potato (can't tell if this is in list or not)
Today so far
Breakfast - fruit salad, fat free plain yoghurt, mushrooms, tomato, baked beans, scrambled egg, crumpet
Lunch will be a cup a soup as I'm on site, so only a bacon butty van, and need to avoid that!
Dinner will be in a service station on the way home - only 250 miles - or I may wait until I get home and have more control.
So I think that's all F&H but I've come out without my list.
Hope everyone's having a good week.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

Hi everyone hope you won't mind me joining you all. I've recently signed up to ww again, been an online member for years with absolutely no weightloss. It's completely me!
I've decided I have to stop now, I'm approaching 30, was slim at 20 and spent my whole twenties hating myself. It has too stop. So now with 16 months to my wedding, with my 30th just around the corner I'm hoping being more proactive, using this site which i'm always on in addition to the ww site I'll be successful this time round.
I've started today and will hopefully meal plan today for the week ahead and update you all later

Am sitting here feeling really fat, and knowing I have to get back on this tomorrow. Think I have probably put about 2lbs bback on. I know that'a not too bad, as it's been my daughter's 18th, lots of left over birthday cake, a meal and two nights out, but it just shows that I can still slip far too easily into old ways. So aiming for 26 points tomorrow, weigh in Tuesday and back on it next week. It is my work night out next week, but as long as I can save all 49 for that I should be back on track. Determined to not let the Christmas weight gain start yet!0
