    Morning

I celebrated losing 1 pound, by baking cakes! But I only ate one.
My problem all along has been that I graze. While the kettle is on, I will eat a biscuit, or make a sandwich etc. It's not the portion size at meals that is the issue for me, and although I crave chocolate, I am happy with a funsize bar. My big problem is bread. I love fresh bread, and love baking it. I find it hard to have a lunch that doesn't involve bread, even if I make a salad, I need bread with it. I've been making *almost*zero points soup and having that with bread, to justify the bread:o

    Any suggestions?

the 50/50 crustsaway is good 2 slices for 2pp :T & lots of soup does the trick for me. Or a crusty roll for 4pp?

no, no, no crustless bread is wrong on so many levels :D
The whole point of bread is the crust! I think the main problem is that its harder to work out the points for home made bread, so I always over estimate. WW malted danish is OK and only a couple of points.

  • Hope everyone's been okay. I've just had a lovely few days in Barcelona with a friend. I ate what I wanted, but I don't think I was too bad. Did have a lovely pastry fro breakfast wvery day, lunch we bought sandwiches, and for our dinner we had tapas washed down with beer or wine! Having said that,we walked miles so I'm hoping the two will have cancelled each other out! Soon find out at weigh in tomorrow...

I know a bit about them, but they're not officially released yet so can't help. I haven't found the changes confusing though and I think that most people will get their head around them easily. Nothing's really changing to the basic plan, but there will be more options to make it work for you.

    Mysterious little thing ain't I?!

1lb lost for me this week, taking me to TWO AND A HALF STONES :j
  • Well done to all You loosers:T:T:T:T:T 1 1/2 off for Me today:):)

Not quite that good. 1.5lb gain, but it'll come off again next week...
