Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped! Debt-free and Proud!
I had a really good chat to my nurse about weighing self too often and like my 'starve' days on Friday and I went out and ate loads :D cos I was soooo hungry....

But yesterday I was feeling better so didn't calorie count (only just done it for yesterday and now realised I had less than 1000 - ooops) and just drank my water and ate what I felt like :). Only weighed once yesterday (which compared to Thursday is pretty awesome) and feeling better for being a bit more free and easy on the whole weight thing....

Just letting myself off the hook and trying not to starve myself basically....

I aim for about 1250 calories a day but if I make that - good - and if I don't - good and if I go over by a wee bit - good.....

Just trying to be more relaxed about food right now...

Thanks for everyone's prayers. Am also hoping to go to an eating disorders support group in December

Well done everyone for the weight lost.

Hootie please don't be so hard on yourself. You're certainly not alone in having a comfort eating splurge on the odd occasion, most of us have been there at some time or other and we're always our own worst critics. It's funny how we say things to ourselves that we simply wouldn't accept in a month of sundays from anyone else

A 2 lb weight loss for me this week so am really pleased.

Hope everyone is having a nice weekend.

Just think "sod it" for this week and get back on track next week. You have to be able to have some fun!

You are of course correct oh wise one... :) But on the other hand, have just slipped into a lower stone bracket so what would be ideal would be a sts week - hmmm well shall see! :D

I've just been to Tesco and got boxes of exotic soleros for 55p. I've posted it on grabbit but am repeating myself here in case anyone likes them - 3pp each. Yum yum, I may be addicted :rotfl:

    :jYay me :j

I've dumped another couple of pounds this week, and am now down to 14st 1lb. (I *have* to keep writing it down, as that is as much my spur as just seeing it on the scales. I know it's still a ridiculously high number, but at least it's going in the right direction.) I am really hoping to see a lower number in the stones number next week.

Keep on truckin' folks - lots of nice weight loss stories this week, which is great news. I do believe that support, in whatever form, is key to success.

  • Was doing quite well until friend had a 2 for 1 offer at Bella Italia (well it is MSE!) so will have to wait till I get home to check it out in the Eating Out Guide. Had the chargrilled chicken penne with pesto.

Can anyone help me with pointing my evening meal tonight please? (I wish I could afford to pay for WW and use their online facilities!)

I had 150g grilled sirloin steak
150g homemade chips (deep fried in sunflower oil)
    120g mixed peas and sweetcorn

(In my defence, I had an absolutely excrement day, and I deserved a treat lol)
