Well, as I'm in hotels from tomorrow, today is the last day I have any control.
So
Breakfast - 2 slices WW bread toasted - banana 4pp
no mid morning snack - not hungry!
Lunch - hm veg soup 0pp!!!! sandwich made with WW bread, WW salmon in lemon mayo and loads of salad (around 4pp
will have a WW bar later
Had planned on having a stir fry for tea, but that will mean I've had less than 20 points all day!
So I've had a rethink and taken some curry out of freezer (HM and I worked it out at 6pp but it means I can have rice and naan bread and chutney!
I am really struggling again to eat my points each day. Just shows how much chocolate I used to eat!Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

Hi guys - my food intake for the day looks like this:
B: porridge oats 30gms, canderell & spllash of milk 3pp
S: 1/4pt soya milk, apple, orange x 2 1pp
L: Lidl chicken & pasta soup 5pp, choc mouse 2pp
chineese chicken, veg, rice 3pp (not pointed yet but its a chicken thigh the rest is 0pps so won't be more than 8pp), leaving me enough for a couple of glasses of wine
going for another run after work - did my first one in about 3 months yesterday - was good to be back at it but fitness levels have dropped
planning to jog for 30mins today
Hope everyone has a good day & sticks with it - we can do this guys!

Can't get to weigh in today, so just weighed myself on my bathroom scales, and I've lost 4lb. However, I'm being realistic as normally I get weighed at 6pm in clothes, rather than at 7am in my pyjamas! So I'm going to count it as a 2lb loss, which I'm still really pleased with, and hope for even better news when I officially weigh in next week!0

Today I have a four hour drive to Scotland - decent hotel tonight, so will see what I can get for my points.
So far today:-
Weetabix, skimmed milk & banana 4pp
If I have a sandwich with loads of salad for lunch, can get it for around 4pp using 2 slices of ww bread.
That means I have 21pp for meal in hotel tonight. And I could use some weeklies?Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

Slightly disappointed today as I have stayed the same this week. I'd hoped for a pound or two off, but hey - at least it's not a gain. Will definitely need to be more disciplined about weighing pointing and tracking my food, I think. I have bought a small notebook to keep in my bag and write stuff down as I have it, rather than try and remember it all at the end of the day.
Today, I've had
Pumpkin, ginger and apple soup - 0 pp
Egg salad sandwich - 7 pp
WW lemon and lime mousse - 2 pp
Packet of Sunbites - 3 pp
Sausage, apple and onion casserole, with potatoes, broccili and carrots - 10 pp
2 x WW sultana and cinnamon cookies - 2 pp
I think that's 24pp out of the 29 I should have eaten. I'd actually struggle to eat any more today. I also earned 2 activity points, which I try to never use, so hopefully I'm on course for a good week!0 -
congrats minty fantastic news, really pleased for you!
Hootie a week without a loss is not so bad, track & point lady, track & point! xDF as at 30/12/16

Morning
No idea about the points for my meal last night, I picked a chicken dish that looked like it wasn't in a sauce; it came with wild mushrooms and chive mash, I had a side order of veg too.
Strangely I don't feel hungry enough for a breakfast, so am just going to have a WW banoffee bar (think they are 2pp) and a banana.
The customer I am with today always provides lunch, so that will fill me up and then I can get back on track when I get home.
Oh yes and I had a small glass of wine, so that was another 3 pp last night!Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0
