ff - and everyone else - I really admire how you've been so consistent & determined. I've *only* had 19 1/2lbs to loose and as ever my will power has been low over the 5 months I have been doing it. Really trying now to stick with it until I get to goal. Mission for next week is to get back to running

19.5lbs is a lot to lose though, and it's hard to be determined all the time. I'm at the stage where I've lost weight through diet, but now need to exercise to increase my weightloss, but I'm finding it hard to do that because it's so cold here at the moment and I just can't go to the gym on my own. I still feel too fat0 -
Well done missnippy:j:j:j:j:j:j0

I've been bad these past couple of days - not pointing and/or weighing. I don't think I've been eating badly, but maybe my portions are starting to get a bit bigger than they need to be.
I've been having low or zero point soup about an hour before lunch, which has been salad, with a slice of ham, or some chicken, so nothing bad in there. Dinners have mostly been WW recipes, so I've known what the points values have been. Today at lunchtime I had WW Cauliflower and Blue Cheese soup (seriously - I could live on that forever. It's absolutely LUSH!) for 4pp then a salad (no dressing) with a piece of fresh salmon which wasn't eaten at dinner last night. I didn't weigh it though, so don't really know how many points. Dinner tonight was chicken stir fry with noodles and in a Teriyaki and Ginger sauce.
All well and good, and not too heavy on points, I don't think. But my son had a pizza from pizza hut delivered (he doesn't like stir fry - the fool!) and I had two slices of that. Now why did I do that? I wasn't hungry, and I didn't really need it. But it was there, and it was calling to me and I just pigged it. I'm quite cross with myself for eating those (although I did throw away the stuffed crust bits)
Snacks have been WW crisps or WW cakes or WW biscuits, so again, I know the points values. Oh and fruit. I do love my fruit.
I just hope I've not undone the good work I've done up until now, when I weigh in on Monday.0 -
yippee :j WI today and I lost 2lbs :dance::beer::dance: which now means I've lost a stone and am at my first goal with 5 1/2lbs to go until I get where I want to be.
Am obviously very happy about this - makes all the effort worth while. Want to thank you guys for your support & encouragement this week :ADF as at 30/12/16

Well done!0 -
well done everyone.
Never made it to WI today, but according to my own scales I've lost 1/2.
I haven't got a proper goal yet, but would like to be 11 stone 2 - that would still be too heavy, but it's the weight I was when 9 months pregnant (24 years ago!) so it would be a psychological boost.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0
