Hi everyone :) Congrats to hollowhead and Nichlette! I had one of those weeks last week Nichlette, could not stop eating all wekk but still lost a pound! Wont risk it again though!

    Today have eaten:
B: 30g oats cooked with water, berries and splenda 3PP
    Snack: Banana
L: 2 slices nimble wholemeal, pumpkin soup, 20g half fat cheddar 4PP
Snack: WW Applie Pie Bar - OMG yummy! 2PP
Dinner is in the oven - a savoury bread and butter pudding for about 7 PP with broccoli and carrots

I also had a big slice of coffee cake and a few tortilla chips - hence only having 16 PP the rest of the day when I can have 30! Ooops! But, it's not going to tempt me the rest of the week now - at least that's my excuse :)

Hope everyone's having a good day
    Hx
    So, there are these boys,
    They kinda stole my heart,
    They call me Mummy

    WW 37lb (2 STONE 9lbs! :j ) lost since July, 11tybillion to go...
  • I put 1lb back on this week:( I think I'm due on ( can never tell these days!) plus I wasn't too good, so it was probably deserved. 5 weigh ins left till my daughter's 18th, 4lb needed to have lost 2 stone, 9lb to 15% loss. Would so love to achieve the second, but got to achieve at least the first! Off to London overnight next week, so can't get to my weigh in so will just have to use my home scales. Aiming for lots of walking, and hoping to go on the Wii Fit as often as possible.
  • hello Nicollete & welcome. I totally hear you re the will power - I've been doing the plan (intermittently) since May! I've lost almost a stone now and I'm only 7 1/2lbs away from my goal, but I guess doing it slowly means there's mre chance of keeping it off in the long run.

    Well done hollowhead!!!!

Am a little cheesed off with myself actually as I was in meetings all day so had some of the cake (I'm gonna guess 8pp as I had a very small bit) and 1/2 a twirl 3pp

    so my day:
    B: banana smoothie 2pp (made with 100gms total 0% & 1/4 pint soya milk
    L: hm soup 1pp & philli & roasted veg sandwich 4pp
    S: as abve 11p, 125ml wine 3pp

so that leaves me 8pp. Am having BNS chips 0pp, omlette made with 1 egg & 1 egg white 2pp, 20gms cheese 2pp soya milk 1pp

so that leaves me 3pp which is likely to be another glass of wine

off to research prezzo pps as going for a meal there tomorrow. Am thinking I can get through the day with a minimal 6pp by filling up on fruit & salad, smoothie for breakfast & oup with crustsaway toast no marge leaving me 23 for meal out

Half a pound on this week, but I was on holiday last week and ate home baking, pizza (twice!) and chippy chips, then went for Chinese on Sunday, so I'm actually quite happy with that :D

Next week I need to lose at least a pound to get me back to where I was (put on half last time I went too :o )
  • aw that's a shame f_f. How much more do you want o loose to get to goal? You've done amazingly so far

  • I am sooooo proud of myself for sticking to my diet this week - despite a blow out on Saturday - note to self not to use all of my weeklies on rubbish this weekend!

    So today:
    B: banana smoothie 2pp
L: soup, philli & roasted veg sandwich for lunch 5pp
    S: satsumas, apple, banana 0pp
D: large glass of wine 6pp, which leaves me 23 for a main and either a starter, a desert or more wine mmmmmmm

WW says I need to weigh about 10.5 stones, but that's way too skinny for my frame. If I could weight 11.5 to start that would be fab, so I have one and a half to go :o

Isn't it strange how we all like different things. I bought them thinknig I'd like them as I love the go ahead bars that are similar, and I thought they were really horrible! I love the rich toffee and the chocolate caramel bars though!
