Thanks for answering my post, no I dont have any weight watchers plans...............I know im always hungry, ive just eaten 2 celery sticks to try and curb the hungry pangs:)....and another pint of water, I will go to bed after X Factor, that way I know I wont eat until breakfast, do you think that by going to bed hungry your body have to live off its fat supplies because im not putting food in?.............thanks :)

Hi shegar, the main thing with propoints at WW is that you don't feel hungry. I sometimes struggle to eat all my 29 points, but am never actually hungry.
With WW you can fill up on fruit, and I've recently realised that if I make HM veg soup, I can have that AND a sandwich.

Hi Shegar have a look at the WW site you will find lots of lovely ideas for meals and snacks its suprising what you can eat for 29pro points per day and you should never go hungry. If you have any questions I'm sure we can help you or at least point you in the right direction. Perhaps at lunch time you could have some soup with your roll or swap for some salad and lean meat or tuna.

A typical day for me is

3/4 pint of semi skimmed milk
30gm Porrige Oats made with some of the milk and water
    Banana
Lunch is usually a salad box with ham or tuna
    ww Yogurt
    Grapes
Dinner is either lean meat or Chicken or WW meal or Pasta bolognese and salad
    loads of veg
    150g Potatoes
gravy - I would rather go without meat than gravy :-)
    ww Yogurt or fruit salad
a couple of bits of fruit in the evening
Highlights Hot Choccy and 2 ww choc chip cookies

Some days I don't quite use all my points but I'm never hungry. I try to drink loads of water too. HTH.

Oh and another thing, perhaps you could answer for me, why do I get headaches since being on the diet, is it because of a drastic food intake..? I use to be quite naughty with food, well I should say the amount I had ..:o thanks

Missnippy - I think Jinx has it spot on in saying "I think its jealousy as they may not be the size they want to be and they see you getting there." I'd use it as a spur to do even better and let them have their green eyed monster moments. I'm not aware of anyone making comments about me - but I'd not let it get to me. Comments about me putting ON weight would upset me, yes, but not about losing it.

Well done to the losers - not often we're chuffed at being losers, but this is all good for us!

I've weighed myself this morning and I'm 2lbs down :j:j:j, which I'm really pleased about as I had a couple of really poor days last week. But lots of walking the dog over the weekend must have helped - earned 4 activity points on both Saturday and Sunday.

I am now 14st 3lbs and BMI is 36.4, which I know is still shocking, but I keep reminding myself that it was 40.24 when I started this new eating style on 27th September. (I have to keep writing this information down as I feel that once it's "published", I can't go cheating too much!)

This coming weekend, DH is working, so I will be spending the two days mainly in the kitchen making tons and tons of zero point soups to freeze. I take a pot of homemade soup to work every day and it really helps me stay on course and keep the hunger pangs at bay. I am pretty sure I've got enough soup in the freezer to see me through this week. I will also make some zero point veggie curries - just about the right weather for warming stuff like this.

After today's weigh in, I'm feeling very motivated, and instead of driving into town at lunch time to do my errands, as long as it's not heaving down with rain, I'm going to walk :). Pedometer will be working overtime!

I think we all experience snide comments at some time or another from jealous people, don't let anyone put you off, you are doing fantastic. Everyone on here is very supportive its such a lovely little community, I just love hearing about your losses, it urges me on to have a good week.

    Enjoy your day xx

I've been on and off the WW wagon over the last week or so as I've been on holiday, but I'm back with a vengeance!

    Today the plan is:

Breakfast - toast and marge 4PPS

Lunch - Warburtons wrap with ham and lettuce 5PPS

    Snacks - WW bar 2PPS, flavoured raisins 2PPS, apple&banana 0PPS

Which leaves me with 14PPS for whatever I eat for dinner.
