I weighed in last night - I got my first stone! Let's hope the other two I need to lose follow swiftly after! This week was 1.5lb. I'm going to aim for another stone by christmas, but I know it'll be toughDon't worry about typing out my username - Call me COMP(Unless you know my real name - in which case, feel free to use that just to confuse people!)0

Well done - you must feel brilliant! Here's to the next stone
Would anyone like to offer an opinion as to how many points (purely theorical question, you understand
:o:o) four Thornton's chocolates from one of their boxes of chocolates would be (not one of the bagged varieties, if that makes a difference) 0 -
Well done clearing-out-my-pockets:T:T:T:T
STS this week:( Been working hard too:A never mind hopefully get a good loss next week:)0 -
I am feeling quite cheerful today

Yesterday's food intake was good, I think
Tuscan Pumpkin Bean Soup - 0 points
2 slices Burgen bread, toasted - 6 points
30g low fat pate - 3 points
WW Chocolate Mousse - 3 points
Packet Sunbites - 3 points
WW Gnocchi with Roasted BNS and Cheese sauce - 7 points
WW Coconut cake - 2 points
Making 24 points
But but but - someone brought a box of Thornton's chocolates into work yesterday and somehow four of them fell into my mouth. (I am so cross with myself - I don't care for chocolate all that much anyway, unless it's Hotel Chocolat - and I didn't even enjoy them.) Turns out they're TWO POINTS EACH!!!! Soooooo not worth it!
But I didn't eat all my points yesterday, plus there's the 7 points a day lifeline - so I'm ok.
And then today, after my earlier disappointing weigh in and staying the same, I broke the rules and weighed myself again, and I've lost 2lbs. So renenewed determination and moviation again.0 -

That's amazing! :T
Can I ask you all a really silly question? At what point in your weightloss journeys did you start to actually feel different / good about yourselves? I'm currently at that awkward stage where some of my clothes are too loose and the next size down is still 'too tight' although when I take people shopping with me, they say the clothes fit fine. I feel fatter than I am

Back from London, and not too bad, food wise. Took a packed lunch for the train, and then had lasagne with a bottle of beer for tea. No starters or mains, as we didn't have time! Yesterday it was a cooked breakfast of a round of toast, 2 rashers of bacon, 1/2 a sausage, a piece of fried bread and orange juice. Lunch was a steak sandwich with chips, and diet coke. Latte in the station on the way home, and a WW bar on the train. However as I've just worked out we walked over 9 miles ( plus the walking in the shops too) over the two days I'm not too worried! I'm just going to class yesterday as 29 points and start pointing again today.
I did however, unfortunately lose a few more pounds in London, but not the pounds I want to lose. My purse got stolen on the underground! So the stress of sorting all the cards etc out today has meant I haven't had time to think about eating much anyway!0 -

I've lost nearly two stone, and have finally started to notice. I do however still have at least 3 stone to go, to get to the very top of the target BMI range, so I'm not quite at the feeling good about myself stage yet! I think it's all relative to how much you've got to lose really. Some people have commented on me losing weight, whereas I think some peole genuinly haven't noticed as to them I'm still just fat!0
