There's nothing to say that you can't give yourself a "prize" when you reach a one of your weight loss milestones. If you haven't been rewarding yourself then I reckon you're due quite a big reward, you certainly deserve it.
I agree with you height should make a difference, it certainly does if you look at the height / weight charts. And as for the wobble, we all have those from time to time. Don't worry about it. And really well done, 5.5 stone is an amazing achievement. I'm in awe. You're certainly an inspiration.
And yes I think you're right 2lb a week is good, that's certainly what we're always told.SLIMMING WORLD 13/5/2012- 6lb loss total weight loss 5 stone 8lb

2.5lb lost this week, so happy with that, although I had put 1.5 on last week. Still it's better than nothing! My WW leader was laughing at me the other day, says I constantly say " It's good but....!"
Must have been great to get into those trousers, Vicki!:j0 -
Hello all - I have been skimming through the threads and seriously thinking about giving WW a go. I have about 5 stone to lose in total. Just wanting people's opinions really as to how easy it is to fit in with family life - how do you find it - are you starving - how flexible is it - that kind of thing.
Thanks in advance. Inkie0 -
hi inkie. I would defo recommend. Never hungry thats the whole point of it. I did eat slight variations of the meals I was cooking - for instance when having sausage & mash I would mash the potatoes then measure out mine (& add mashed cauliflower to mine) before adding butter & cheese for oh & ds. Other than that I just ate normally and pointing up the food. With the weeklies you get an additional points to either add to each day & have more food, or like I did use them up at the weekends on wine, crisps, chocolate & general yummy things! Lots of people on this thread have lost an amazing amount in the plan. Personally I loved itDF as at 30/12/16

I'm 1.5lbs off this week, just forgot to post
I would like to lose 7.5 by Christmas as that will take me down to 12 stone (ssshhhhhh......you're the only people that know my weight apart from my leader)
Inkie - I find this plan amazing to be honest. Once you get your head around it it's so liveable. I've found that I'm making healthier choices even on those days where I don't track my points exactly. The weekly points make it really flexible - especially when it's getting towards Christmas and there seems to be chocolates everywhere, unless that's just my office0 -
Hi all
would agree about not being really hungry - I work away from home and am in hotels and service stations a lot so its hard to track exactly, but I just pick the 'healthiest' thing I can find - usually fish or chicken and then get side orders of veg.
I was driving home until late last night so won't make it to WI this week, but according to my scales its another 1 lb off. Ages ago, at a meeting the leader said it was 15 weeks to Christmas, so to lose a stone by Christmas was a good goal, and I've done that so quite pleased.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

Panic not ladies, you can adjust it back up if you were happy with 29
Mine has gone down to 28 which I'm happy enough with. It just means I'll use more of my weeklies I think :rotfl:0 -
WI today I was dreading it seen as I had halved the activity points and I have lost 3lbs....don't really know how seen as when I was exercising a lot 2 weeks before I lost 0.3lbs! Not complaining though total weight loss now 5 stone 8 and I have 1 stone to go until 'healthy weight range'. BMI gone from 37.8 to 27 and I also went through my whole wardrobe again last night even though I only did it on 1st October and I now officially have any clothes that fit so a shopping trip may be in order!SLIMMING WORLD 13/5/2012- 6lb loss total weight loss 5 stone 8lb
