Thats exactly 1 stone to go according to new super-duper-do-everything-but-make-me-a-cuppa scales.Really should be doing some work...0
-
Puddings, what scales are they?:jWeight loss to date 1st 11.5lb :j0

Right I'm going to Nando's for lunch tomorrow which means I need a filling breakfast as I wont be going till about half 1 (later than my normal lunch)
So tomorrow:
B: Muffin (2.5) 2 x LF triangles (1)
S: Yogurt (1.5)
L: Chicken breast in pitta with rice (9.5)?? Only 3.5 points left!
I've just realised as my super-duper new scales have put me in the 9's I drop a point!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Really should be doing some work...0 -
Hang on let me go get the box...
Salter Bodywise Stainless steel Analyser Scale (!)
They measure weight, body fat, body water, MI and BMR. They were £19.99 in argos (I had vouchers too) They can store up to 12 people's details in them like age, height m/f etc which then measures all the other stuff...I think!Really should be doing some work...0 -
They sound great Puddings. You can 'trial' them and let us know how you get on.
My scales are broken (in that they don't tell me the right weight, I know I'm 6lb lighter:rotfl:).
Right, I'm off to re-read the old thread, see if I can find some things for our shiney new first page !!:jWeight loss to date 1st 11.5lb :j0 -
I need to be really good tomorrow to earn some points back from my indian so tomorrow is
B - Raspberry Oat So Simple
S - French Fries
L - Raspberry Oat So Simple (Luckily I love the stuff)
D - Lasagne but need to find away to make it very low point - god knows how0 -

I'll let you know but I think they've programmed them to show you're lighter than you actually are so you don't return them in a rage!!I need to be really good tomorrow to earn some points back from my indian so tomorrow is

I really must try Oat So Simple, not sure if I'd like it - I'm funny with textures
Lasagne - have you tired using Quorn? I tried it as the points difference is fab, I was apprehensive but actually it tasted good! Obviously not as good as normal delicious pointy calorific mince but a good substitute (for chilli too) AND the OH didn't have a clue I'd switched it..until I told him and it was 'oh yeah I thought something was different, not very nice was it' hmm and thats why you've just eaten a second portion :rolleyes:Really should be doing some work...0
