sweetcorn
I make it:
pasta 225g- 3.0pts (I'm presuming it was cooked weight)
colmans cheese sauce mix mixed - 3.5pts according to my notes for a 40g pkt
300ml semi skimmed milk- 3.0pts
sweetcorn- 120g is 0.5pts
Therefore I get 10 points in total

Evening All,
JTB- Good luck with your WI tonight.
1st WI for me today and it wasn't good. I weighed in at a whopping 14stone 11lbs :eek: @ 5ft 1in this is far far to heavy for my little body. Just had dinner and have been 'good' all day so here's hoping the late night munchies don't get the better of me.
Meals for the day were:
B: Porridge (2.5)
L: Wholemeal Tuna Roll, Yoghurt & Red Pepper (6.0)HM Sweet & Sour Chicken with Rice (9.0)
S: Milk for coffee, Melon & WW Almond Slice (3.0)
Leaving me 1.5pts to carry over or to attack the 9 o'clk munchies with.

Grapes (1pt small bunch) are my fave, also like pomegranate (2pts) as they take ages to eat!

How many points are on you on shopaholic, it may be worth reducing your meal points so that you have enough for snacks?0

Shopaholic its 3.5 for the powder and then another 3 for the milk therefore in total 6.5pts for it made up.
Have you got any popcorn kernals really low in points and takes ages to eat a big bowl. Don't add any sugar thou. I usually buy the snack o jacks salted which is 0.5pts per bag as I can never be bothered making it for scatch.
