  • Hey all, good to see so much activity over here!

    My target is to go from 11st 12lb (a couple of pounds on at Christmas!) to 11st 7lb (will take me to my stone at long last!) by Valentine's day. That's a pound a week which I think is do-able. My grand goal is to get to 10st which should get me back into a size 14 pair of jeans and significantly reduce the muffin top :)

    They are 1/2 a point for 1 or 1 1/2 for 2 if you eat them together (all about the rounding up and down!). Someone mentioned microwaving them and I am a total convert to it now, 1/2 a point mid afternoon snack for me now at work!

    hi there, please can i join in?
    my target is 9st 5lb - if i get to that i may set the target lower but now i am 10st 5lb (first WI tomorrow! :eek:) so it's a stone away.

    i first did weightwatchers 2.5 years ago and dropped from 12st:eek: to 9st 11, but have slowly put on half a stone over the last year.

    sort of excited to be doing it again in a weird way because if it works i will be so happy :) have always sort of plateaued around this weight though so fingers crossed this time i can break through that :)

  • i would like to lose 1.5 stone im not gettin on very well at weightwatchers i start every day and they give up by 5pm just cant get into it gonna try and make a fresh start tomorrow and im hoping this thread will keep me motivated

    Morning All!

    Well I packed my gym bag, spent half hour clearing my car and then couldn't bl00dy move it out the car park so had to call for a lift in! So no gym for me tonight but I'll be borrowing a shovel from work and doing some digging this evening!! Thats gotta count as exercise right??

    Have my food ready for today - I'm FREEZING! Going to have to have an options hot choc which then only leaves 3 points for dinner...eek! Tbh I prob wont be that hungry after Nando's at lunchtime anyway..
    Really should be doing some work...

    Hello, I was hoping to join up, My overall target it so lose 4 stone, my first target though is 1 stone. (i'm doing it one at a time or i'll lose heart)
  • I'm home sick with a cold so I thought I'd 'treat' myself to some instant noodles with chicken and mushrooms added in for lunch, instead of my normal salad. I calculated the points before I made lunch and thank goodness I did! I calculated the pack of instant noodles to be 10.5 points!!!! I can't work out where all the calories are coming from - I was shocked! Does anyone have any lower points noodle options to recommend?
  • well im feelin a bit more motivated today have a busy day so hope it will keep me from eating
