Hi all can I join??
My weight before Christmas was 11st 8lbs, I got weighed last Wed night and had somehow managed to get down to 11st 5.5!
Start weight on here 11st 5.5 (can you let me know my member number? thanks)
Ive got my next weigh in tomorrow night which is where ill see if the pp works for me, ive stuck to it this week and have only eaten half of my extra 49x
Well i got weighed last nite and STS! Im totally gutted as if im honest this is the first week ive actually stuck to it properly and even weighed everything
I really dont understand, the only thing i can think of is that its that time of the month next week but dont know if this effects weight??
Going to just stick to it again, do more exercise and if i dont loose next week speak to my leader coz somethings not right x0 -

It can do - water retention and all that. Out of the 5 helpers at our meeting 3 put on weight at TOTM, 1 loses and 1 it doesn't have any effect.
I'm the one that loses :j but then I STS for the next 3 weeks
Are you doing your tracking? You could post it and I'm sure everyone would be happy to have a read and see if you're overlooking something? Or take it to your leader next week and see what she says?
And as for me? Haven't weighed - haven't been to my meeting due to ill health. Have eaten a lot of chocolate biscuits0 -
Thanks sarah*a - yes I did track everything and even over pointed some things just to be sure if I didnt think the online tracker was high enough, and I even pointed the odd bits of cheese I pick at which if im honest I never used to track lol
Think ill just put a mark on my card to see if this time next month I STS or gain, see if theres a pattern! Im going to up the exercise this week see if that helps0 -

yeah thats a good idea - then at least if you see a pattern forming you won't feel that 'urgh' of disappointment at the scales0 -

HUGS - Know how you feel - I've STS for the last 2 weeks with no real cause.
Couldn't make my usual class because I was away with work (and didn't really mind after my usual leader had done her normal insincere & patronising - 'that's great' comment after telling me after all my best efforts I was no better off)
Leader at the other class said that some people just don;t seem to lose on PP if they use their 49 points - I normally use most of them but I don't use the points I gain from exercise - normally about 15 a week. She said to see how it goes again this week and it if I STS I might need to half my 49 points - not blummin likely lady!!!!!!!!!
If you can't hold over your points from day to day then how would you manage to cover e.g. work do / birthday party etc if they came up. So fed up with WW at the mo. One more week left on my monthly pass and if things don't change I can't see me renewing it.0 -

Had my WI yesterday and only lost half a pound due to drinking at the weekend and eating a whole pizza. Very disappointed with myself that I cracked over alcohol in my first week and determined to do better for next thursday's weigh in!
I do find it difficult though. The leader at our group asked the crowd if anyone was finding it difficult and me and my friend were the only ones who said yes. The leader looked totally non-plussed and was shocked that we should find restricting our food intake at all hard. which considering we are all overweight because we eat too much is a bit rich.
