I've had a couple of not so good days this week. I've been ravenous all day yesterday and the day before so i've almost used all of my weekly points. I know thats what they're there for but i've got no back up for the rest of the week now:o so gotta be on my best behaviour:D
I've got my shred dvd at the ready now i' feel motivated enough to get some exercise done. Will hopefully give me a boost in the weight loss dept too.

Do any of you find that your scales are just wrong!? I bought those special glass WW ones for like £30 and I weigh myself in one place and then in another place straight after and can put on 6lbs :(

Also, I'm thinking of rejoining WW. I was with them for a wee while last year and lost weight but for some reason didn't keep up with it. How is everyone liking the new points system? My friends Dad wrote the iphone WW application too (has anyone tried it yet?)
  • Hi, does anyone know the pro points for WW Wraps, they are 1 1/2 on old points but havent a clue pro point wise/
    Many thanks.

Well I actually went to group last night, even though it was raining, and when i was almost there I almost turned round and went home - it was the old, you been here before and you're done that and your always on a diet why bother, the doubt creaping in and it would have been so easy to turn round and go home, but I didn't went and althought I didn't stay to group (will stay next week).
So anyway, got quite a shock at the weighin, I had done a mini diet before christmas but had a break over christmas and well, I have but all the weight on and more and well - that focused the mind quite sharp.
I have to say as well the group was packed.
I also had my programme at the gym worked out yesterday and due to a mistake at the gym I ended up having my programme sorted out by one of the personal trainers who you would normally pay extra for so happy days - and we only did a little bit as it was just showing how to do some stuff but my legs are aching like I did a full session - so god help me when i actually do the full programme:o
I also can't believe how unfit i am its shocking how badly I have let myself go.
Anyway so the plan is to eat really healthy during the day - so lots of free veg - salads for lunch and fruit for snacks leaving me more points for in the evening as this is normally when I go over my points values as my OH is abit fussy.
Tonight I have a joint of pork that needs to be cooked but instead of having a full on roast I'm going to have it with salad - this also need eating and have a few roasties as well - yum yum. I have ham salad and snack a jacks for lunch an apple and banana for snacks and weetabix with skimmed milk and kiwi for breakfast. So thats the plan for today...... Probably go for similar tomorrow.....Goes off the WW website to point that all....:p
    Thanks for reading:)

Weigh in tonight... First week on propoints... Lost 5lb!!! Was very pleased. I know from last time that it was probably mostly water weight and next week I'll probably only lose 1/2 pound but yay:)

Will try keep the motivation up this week as really want to lose at least half a stone by my birthday at the beginning of February...

Where’s everyone gone, Karie, so pleased you came along or I would of thought I’d scared everyone off. – Well Done on the 5lb, that’s great for the first week pro-pointing and I have my fingers crossed for you for next week – and for me as it will be my first weigh in. :T
Did my first day of Pro Points yesterday and it was 100% I came in with just 1 pt to spare and have pointed my day to day and I was shocked all my points seemed to disappear – but I am have a rather good tea – and I have 4 pts remaining.....:p
Didn’t manage to get to the gym this morning which is gutting but my legs are still too sore and I didn’t want to risk injury.:(
Anyway I hope we all have a good day

I got mine from amazon, think they were £9ish and included hand weights. Really make a difference too.

I've had a shocking week:(, barely been on plan at all. Both me and ds have been poorly so rather than eating proper meals i've been picking at food and snacking a lot also done zilch exercise:o.Still feeling pretty rough today but need to get back on track food wise. Not even gonna bother with my wi today.
