Glad you're doing well, when is your weigh in?
My second week on Propoints is not as good as my first... really want to lose 2lb to make it a half stone loss overall but my scales aren't looking good!
I'll see what my official weigh in on Thursday brings!

The dreaded shred:D Its an exercise dvd by jillian michaels from biggest losser USA and its fab. Have tried many dvd's in the past and never seem to see much change but everytime i've done the 30day challenge i've really noticed a difference. Thinks its about £5 on amazon, well worth it. My wi is on sunday, fingers crossed i get a loss after my dreadful week last week.

Went to WI last night, lost 2.5lbs. I was really happy with this as Ive been going ww for ages but it didnt seem much as all the new ones lost heaps, lots of 5 and 7lb losses.Was still horrendously busy, WI didnt finish until 7pm and meeting should start at 6.30.I had to leave as my son is in the next door room doing karate and finished at 7.I am missing my motivational talk.
Had a poached egg and ww toast for breakfast, will be having soup for lunch and baked potato and pork steak for tea.I will be starting a 30 day challenge on the wii EA active ( thats the one with the resistance band and leg strap) soon, last time I did this I lost loads and really toned up.Good luck everyone.0 -
I followed ppts this week ( I went over my weekly points but kept trying anyway) and lost 2.5lbs at my WI last night. I've gone from 'about a stone over' my gold weight to exactly 14lbs left to get back there.
Feeling pleased with that.

Ooh, I will - I need the motivation. It's one of my new year's resolutions. I will start tonight, but might only do it every other day for the first week to give my muscles a chance to adapt!0 -
Does anyone know the value of the ProPoints Calculator voucher in the Essentials Pack?
I'm trying to work out the most cost effective way of buying the EatOut guide, Shop and the ProPoints Calculator. I want to know if it's cheaper to buy the basic Essentials Pack + the calculator or just go ahead any buy the Deluxe Essentials pack (but I'm don't particularly want the tape measure or highlighter!).0 -

Yay, how you getting on with it? I was gonna do every other day but i know what i'm like:o, i've done 6 days now, muscles dont feel too bad and my tummy isnt as wobbly:rotfl:
It's my wi tomoro and i'm actually looking forward to seeing what the scale say. I've been very good all week and with all the exercise i've done i'll be interested to see what if any difference it's made.£387.39/£196.46
