I'm back .......... and I'm 4lb lighter :j :j So, that's half of what I put on over Xmas gone, just another 4lb to go. I definitely need to ditch my scales here at home .

Welcome to all the newbies and 'old' :p members, great to have you here .

Puddings at least the thought was there with the gym ! I'm loving the sticky stars idea. I'd do it slightly differently though. I'd have said calendar upstairs ( NO !!! I know what you're all thinking you rude lot !!!! ) I'd have it upstairs ONLY so that I had to keep going up to put said stars on, hence using more calories going up and down the stairs :rotfl: .

YWG well done on the 40 mins exercise and 1lb loss :T. I can't believe the points of instant noodles .

Katy1987 have you tried having a low or zero point soup for lunch? - that would give you more points during the evening (it's what I do if I know I'm having an 'eatathon' week ).

Lilly I wouldn't be without my kitchen scales. More points are lost to wrong portion sizes than anything else - if you weigh it out you can't go wrong. ;)

Bigmomma you're a similar weight to me (I'm 14st 1lb). However I am 5ft 7 so can carry it quite well. Hence my 'bigger' overall target. I got down to 11st 3 before and my Dad said I looked like the living dead !

Right I'm off to add *vikki* to the first page ........ have a good evening everyone, no eating (unless you have points left of course ;)).

Catch up with you all a bit later in the week. TTFN xx
    :jWeight loss to date 1st 11.5lb :j

Weigh in tomorrow, but I can't make it as were snowed in. shame as I do love my ww meetings, we have a brill leader and class. Going to try really hard this week to get back on the wagon. Going to work helps (haven't been for awhile with xmas and days off)

Hi does anyone know how many points are in a 35ml shot of Whisky ? I've been told two differen't things 1pt and 1.5pt. Thanks
  • Ooh I just read the main page..I want to be added to the WW challenge please :D

    you_wicked_gay and my target is 1stone loss by 1st June 2010. :T

I'm also taking up the Week 2 challenge with the 30 min exercise 3 times a week :) I did 40 mins today, thought I was going to die..I am so unfit lol :rotfl:

Had my stir fry which was yum for 5.5pts, and my WW strawberry meringue frozen dessert for 1.5pts which was absolutely delicious! Crushed meringue with rich vanilla ice cream and strawberry sauce ontop - amazing!!

Also had 6 mini melba toasts for 1pt with 1 mini pot of dairy lea cheese for 1pt, cucumber and 50g drained mixed pickle which are both free :D

  • im on 19 points per day this is my first i have tried a few months ago but couldnt stick to it i will have to plan my meals better i thought i was doing well today but not enough snacks
  • Ah well, I maintained this week but it's my star week think I will be back on track next week.

I am bad at being cheeky and not following as closely as I can so I think I need to give myself some kind of incentive, non food related! What do you think?

I think doing 6lb in 5 weeks will require me to be more dedicated than I have been so far, need a lot of encouragement from you lovely people :)
